TERRIBLE PROPERTY ... LOOK ELSEWHERE
This is the worst unit we have seen in many years of short term rentals! The pictures do NOT depict how this place looks; both the inside and outside were dirty, dingy and old. the place has musty old carpet throughout, the bathroom was dirty, shower curtain dirty, smelled bad, furniture is beat up, lumpy, and uncomfortable to sit on. The front door was dirty, the screen door was ripped and torn, the front needed painting badly.
The front yard was mangy, scruffy, and unappealing. The back yard had broken furniture, and a couple of beat up grills.
We checked in, looked around and my wife would not stay. Called and could not get answer, so we rented a house from another short term rental company for our stay.
DO NOT STAY HERE ... there are many other, much better rentals, in Fayetteville for a better price and more comfortable stay.
It DOES have 4 bedrooms as stated, and the space it states, but believe me, MOST folks I know would take one look and leave. Definitely overpriced (in my opinion) for what it offers, AND the neighborhood is not the best either. Trash and junk in lot next door ... just not what we expected.
