Welcome to Stadium House! Upon entering our home, you'll immediately be greeted by our bright, open-concept living room and kitchen area. To the left, you'll see our living room, which has comfy seating, a Smart TV, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need.



Head outside to enjoy the garage hangout space! You'll find a Smart TV, Baggo, and magnetic dartboards to start the tailgating early! There are also a propane and a charcoal grill available.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury bedrooms.

Downstairs:

(1) You'll find our first Primary bedroom with a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Upstairs:

(2) Our second Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom

(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV and shared Jack & Jill style bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, Smart TV and shared Jack & Jill style bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
