We loved our stay. The property was clean and quiet. It was perfect for our family during the baseball tournament our son played in. It did rain during the majority of our stay, and we would love to come back some time to explore the trails around the property.

Our stay was fine, we have stayed at this property before, great location. I communicated with the property about trying to check in early, was told it wasn’t possible. No one stayed there or was there previous 24 hours, visible because of snow, no prints, etc. Dishwasher was full, towels were still on the dryer upon arrival. I feel like the Cohova property management is not personal, they have their standard responses, etc and don’t look into the situation.

We traveled to Fayetteville recently to celebrate our UArk sophomore's birthday. We waited too late for the place we usually book, but happily, we found the Oakley. As soon as my 15 year old entered the house, she was ready to move in! The house was immaculate. My daughter raved about the open kitchen/living floor plan, the cute boho decor, and even the dishes and glassware. Most of all, she loved the super comfy bed and bed pillows (we did try to identify the mattress brand, but no luck). She said it was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathrooms were stocked with bath toiletries, hair dryer, plenty of towels and paper products. We decided to eat in one night, and found the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The house was conveniently located to the UArk campus and everything we wanted to do in Fayetteville. The neighborhood was quiet with nearby walking paths. The Oakley was a great find and we will be back!!

We only stayed for one night but it is a really nice property. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower (you can remove the governor, just fyi)…otherwise it’s a great place

We were in town for Mom's weekend for our oldest and a college tour for our middle child. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our dog. Very quiet and easy to get to and from campus. The house was very clean and well stocked! We loved the walking trail right outside the front door. Excellent communication throughout the stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

This rental was very clean and had everything we needed from towels to body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Washer and dryer. Restaurants close by and nice kitchen for cooking dinner.

The rental property management company reached out multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. They made check in and check out super easy! The place was immaculately clean and exceeded all expectations. Only “downside” is not a lot of parking so we had to find an offsite place to keep our truck and trailer for bikes blues and bbq, but that is no fault of the property owner. 10/10 will use again!
