Today, I want to make a formal complaint.Overall, we had an uncomfortable experience for me and my Family, especially because of the severe cold temperatures while we stayed in Fayetteville, Arkansas.The heat in the house worked on the first evening of entry on November 26th and the night of the 27th for a total of two nights. For the rest of our time spent there, we had to use Space Heaters and they caused the indoor air quality in the house to dry out completely, causing us to have dry eyes and throats, and aggravated our respiratory systems that led two family members, who has asthma, to experience severe asthma symptoms. They suffered so much to where they will have to be seen by their doctors once they return home. My wife got sick.Having the six space heaters required constant attention, especially while we slept, as we encountered (Sleep disturbances). We had to constantly wake up and get out of bed to regulate the low and high setting in each of the four rooms. Please note that the common areas were ice cold as we could not have all of the heaters on at one time.The last three nights for all of us was a complete disaster. We were freezing cold sleeping in sweaters and coats, long socks and scarfs... The space heaters didn't produce enough heat and while we appreciated the help for the situation, it didn't help at all... it's so unfortunate this experience wasn't the best...It was an uncomfortable living situation for 5 days.
