Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Schlafsofa (140 x 200cm), TV, BluRay-Player und einer Versorgungsbar mit Kühlschrank, Cerankochfeld und Mikrowelle. Eine Kaffeemaschine sowie ein Toaster sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Separat zum Wohnzimmer haben Sie einen Essraum mit einen Tisch und 4 Stühlen sowie einem Mini-Mobilbackofen und ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Im Objekt befindet sich ein festes W-LAN Netzwerk, in der Wohnung ein smart TV. Die Wohnung ist über die Terrasse zu erreichen, welche nach Süden gelegen ist und ausreichend groß ist. Ein eigener kostenfreier PKW-Stellplatz sowie gratis W-LAN Zugang in der Wohnung ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
