Numerous hiking trails (e.g., Zweiseenblick, Feldberg, Herzogenhorn) start right at your doorstep.



By bike:

Feldberg summit approx. 12 km. Schluchsee-Aha 10 min. Titisee 30 min. Bähnle cycle path via Haslachtal-Lenzkirch 8 km.



By train or car:

5–10 min to Schluchsee. 10 min to Titisee. 60 min to Freiburg's old town.



By car:

3 min to supermarket in Bärental. 10 min to Feldberg (also by bus). 20 min to Menzenschwand.



In summer, the location is ideal for hiking, swimming, or cycling – from easy, flat routes around the three lakes to challenging mountain bike tours with over 1,000 meters of elevation towards Zastler and Freiburg. A bike storage room is available in the garden.



In winter, you will find ski slopes, sledding, and cross-country trails with access to the Feldberg area.
