“Nice area with a shopping mall next door and connected to hotel. Most are local brands but lots of dining option. Check in reception is a bit disappointing. Two girls attending the checkin counter don't even looked up and greet me or acknowledge my being standing there waiting to be checked in. Just working on their keyboard. “The service and follow-up, as well as the WhatsApp response, were wonderful, and they were very friendly at all times. The hotel has an excellent location. However, I did find the cleanliness to be an issue. There was lint in the room, the shower was clogged, the door and bathroom had no privacy between them. They didn't provide hand soap, and we left the cups dirty and didn't change them. In short, there was areas to improve during our stay, but I'd say the service was 10/10!”
