This house was perfect for our family birthday celebration. Great location, clean and well appointed. The owner is very easy to deal with and very responsive.The pool is such a great amenity too!!We will be back!

Amazing house, in the woods, beautiful heated pool, very close to the beach, top-of-the-line kitchen, appliances, beds, and bathrooms. I would most certainly stay here again. Our family enjoyed it thoroughly. The host is a great communicator and extremely friendly and helpful and responsive.

Family Vacation Home in Fennville

This home was a fantastic family vacation house with a convenient location to both Saugatuck and South Haven. Beaches, groceries, restaurants, wineries and breweries were all within a short distance. The pool was huge hit with the kids and the setting of the home was very tranquil. The appliances within the home were high end and the family layout of the home was ideal. I would highly recommend a visit!

You guys… do not pass on this home. Our family had such a wonderful time staying here! The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the modern design made it feel both stylish and comfortable. A quick 7-8 minute trip into town made it easy to bop back and forth, whenever. The backyard pool was the star of the trip—so peaceful and private, we spent hours just lounging and enjoying the quiet. The beds were super comfy, and the strong air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The host was fantastic, with quick and friendly communication that made everything easy. This place was the perfect backdrop for our family gathering, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Perfect!

My children and I were in the area for a wedding and it worked perfect. Great location and owners were great! Very responsive and property had everything in ample quantities. The only downside is that to get in the bear backyard and pool you have to walk out the front and around the garage. Access from the house itself would have been great. Highly recommend!!

Great family vacation home!

Our group of 12 family members(6 children, 6 adults) found this beautiful home clean and well stocked with necessities. The sleeping accommodations were great. We all enjoyed the pool(and the addition of a back door to the deck and pool area). There were lots of pool floats for our use. We loved the beach that was less than a mile from the house, ie, less crowded and easily accessed. It was a short ride to Saugatuck shops and restaurants. All in all, it’s a great place for families and/or large groups. We would definitely consider returning if the opportunity arises. Thanks Andrea!

Perfect!

I chose this beautiful property even before I knew it had HEATED, IN-GROUND POOL! This is a lovely, brand-new home that was PERFECT for our summer family vacation. We loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals (even bake) - lots of extra seating at the island! The bedroom configuration is great - super-comfortable beds and soft bedding, adorable bunk room. The yard is wonderful and the pool was perfect to hang out with our college-agred children. We practically lived out there! We'll be back!

A Perfect Weekend Getaway in Saugatuck Township!

We recently spent a relaxing weekend at this amazing property in Michigan, and I must say, it was everything we needed to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature and Lake Michigan! The house was clean, contemporary, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings, and the surrounding nature provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere (so many deer!) We also loved exploring downtown Saugatuck, which was just a short drive away. Overall, We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable weekend getaway in Michigan. I will rent again, especially as the host prepares the outdoor area for summer! Five stars all the way!
