The trip and family gathering of a lifetime, with memories made for forever!!! I cannot imagine any more perfect place in all the nation or abroad! The representation online was accurate, and actually, the property and location exceeded my dreams and expectations! Check-in was seamless, and the host was amazing! From the decor and the space to the well-stocked kitchen, and with it's situation by the water with all the outdoor amenities, it pleased everyone (18 of us, from age one and a half to 62) and there really was no reason to leave. Everything that we needed was right there, at our Vrbo home, freeing us up to just enjoy each other and spend our days playing together!

Amazing views and amenities

I highly recommend renting this house. My family and I stayed for a long weekend and had a relaxing time. The location and amenities are excellent with clear views of Lake Michigan, an in ground hot tub, outdoor sauna, fire pit, beach front access to Lake Michigan and movie room in the basement. The management team at Gathering Place Properties were very helpful and responsive and made our stay enjoyable.

Spectacular view and hot tub !

The absolute highlight is the view and sunsets. Followed closely by the huge in ground hot tub. The house is super unique and the immense windows that face west are wonderful. Communication was swift and informative.

Lovely, unique home with spectacular views

Our winter stay in this home was perfect. There are lake views from every room and wonderful spaces for relaxing, playing games, and visiting. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for our larger group. Spiral stairs could be tricky for some but it worked just fine for us. We would definitely stay again in any season.

Beach house

Perfect home for a large family. We had 8 adults and 6 kids under 8. Beautiful secluded spot on Lake Michigan and a small stream and great beach. Perfect for toddlers. Would definitely go back.

Lighthouse Lake House

Picture Perfect

The pictures of this place dont do it justice. The house is amazing. The view is calming and tranquail. This house is huge to plenty of room for big groups of friends and family. Plenty of places to sleep everyone and something for everyone to do. The stairs going up to top are a little intimidating ,but take it slow it will be worth it. It was a truly memorable time, and has been one of favorite vacation stays. I will truly miss this place and how great a time i had with all my friends and family members.

Family Trip

This propert blew our expectations out of the water! The views of Lake Michigan are unreal. The sounds of the waves on the private beach and comfortable beds made our nights calming and relaxing. Both, the property and the home were simply amazing. We're hoping to stay again this summer!

Location, facilities, & staff are worth returning for…

The house is perfectly located on a quiet stretch of Lake Michigan. It’s situated as to provide unobstructed views of the lake. Rainy day ruining your beach fun? The house has a room designed for home entertainment - popcorn machine included. And an arcade room! What makes the visit exceptional was the staff. They were responsive, helpful, and warm. Providing service that truly goes above and beyond!

Amazing rental home and property

We spent a week at this amazing home, with family and young children. There was something to keep everyone busy, the beach, hot tub (that doubled as a pool for the little ones, ) fire pit and beautiful sunsets. The location is close to everything and everywhere you would want to go. The home has everything you need including two beautiful screened in porches, seating for many and so much more. I highly reccomend this home. Communication with the property manager was very efficient.

Fabulous Family Time

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and property on Lake Michigan. The house has spectacular views from every direction! The outdoor hot tube area was very comfortable for all of our family. Our favorite part was the easy access beach area with the creek running right to Lake Michigan. We kayaked, swam, played in the sand, relaxed everyday and enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening. The property managers were very responsive and quick to answer questions. We hope to return someday!

Fantastic Location!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was secluded and very spacious. The kids (and adults) absolutely loved walking the shoreline to find unique rocks and fossils. We will definitely be coming back!
