Spend lovely hours outdoors on the terrace, read a book in peace, have a chat in the evening over a glass of wine, or enjoy the excellent spring water available in this house.



The area around Ferlach offers numerous walking trails suitable for both beginners and experienced walkers. We particularly recommend a hike through the wild and romantic Tscheppa Gorge, where you can discover impressive waterfalls and rock formations. The Karawanken Nature Park is also nearby and is ideal for long walks in unspoilt nature. The many lakes in Carinthia, such as the nearby Wörthersee or Faaker See, are perfect for water sports. You can go swimming, sailing or enjoy a relaxing boat trip. If you’d rather relax, there are also plenty of bathing spots where you can soak up the sun.
