The independent farmhouse is rented entirely, so you can take advantage of all the available spaces. The structure is immersed in the countryside of Fermano (Marche) in a quiet corner, easily accessible through a comfortable private road. The services are all a short distance away. The beach and the tourist port of Porto San Giorgio are 5 km away.
The house consists of a ground floor where a large living room with fireplace allows any type of convivial activity. The kitchen is equipped for every type of need. A bathroom is available on the ground floor.
The upper floor consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:
• a suite with double bedroom and single bedroom with exclusive bathroom
• two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom
• a double room with exclusive bathroom on the floor.
All services are complete with shower box and bidet.
External
The patio, directly connected to the lounge with two large windows, allows you to extend your activities outside. A table with chairs for up to 12 seats is available. The large garden offers other paved spaces for outdoor living.
There is also a corner for the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven.
A relaxing fire on the ground allows you to stay outdoors even on the coolest evenings.
The structure is suitable for families with children and groups of adults who like to spend a holiday alternating the countryside, the sea, culture and gastronomy of the area.
