We had a great stay here! Beautiful location and lovely, comfortable home. The third bedroom actually has nice, roomy bunk beds now instead of the pull out couch shown in the pictures, which worked great for our kids.

Visit to family in Ferndale

Was looking for a place to stay in your family that lives in Ferndale and found this little gem. Very convenient and property is lovely. Family came to visit and re-enjoyed a barbecue and there are games on site for the kids!

Amazing location!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the amazing view, enjoyed family dinners in the back patio and explored the water using a kayak provided. The beds were comfortable and the house was too!

Great little waterfront house away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. The house was clean, quiet neighborhood, ample seating for relaxation, and a well stocked kitchen. The location is close to everything. During high tide, the seals put on a show, splashing and diving. During low tide, the quiet beach makes for a nice walk up and down the spit. It was a great stay, I highly recommend it!

Great Weekend with Family

Property is great. We got lucky with a storm so got to watch lightning over the water. Amazing sunsets as well. Plenty of space for me, my cousin and our daughters. I would totally book again

Beyond Amazing Place

My husband and I and our little chihuahua stayed there for an extended weekend and Christmas and all I can say, this place is magical! The views and the sunroom and everything about it makes it a perfect and serene place to visit. We are definitely going back during the summer time!!!

Great ocean side vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and mount Baker, canoeing/paddle board, bbq, quiet nights, eat on patio by the sea, pick berries in nearby farms. Everything worked as planned. The greenhouse was great to lounge in when the sun was timid. Would rent again.

Great location, kinda scary with a 2 year old because of the drop off to the beach, but overall a cool spot. Kids loved finding cool rocks and shells 🐚 and there are alot of crabs to be cought. The connect four was a big hit too

Relaxing stay, amazing view

Check in was simple & straight forward. House has a nice versatile layout with lots of windows to enjoy the view. Lots of amenities available. Beach is invisible at high tide, but okay beach combing at low tide. Saw sea lions. Very relaxing stay.

Delightful, cozy, amazing view!

What a cozy and delightful place to stay! We appreciated the plethora of comfortable seating options, the warm throw blankets, the tasty snacks and little extras that were there for us to enjoy. We lucked out with some sunny weather and could enjoy the sunset and a fire in the outdoor fire pit. The owners helped us solve our few issues with lights and heating right away. It was a restful and very enjoyable stay!

Fantastic stay at this lovely, well appointed home. Saw seals and seabirds daily, ferries, and eagles flying by within feet of the house. Beautiful view of sunsets and waves. Beach walks are only possible at low tide and require some scaling of slippery boulders, but that did not detract from our stay. House had everything we needed. Being so close to the water was phenomenal and unforgettable. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Perfect family beach front get away!

Lovely beach front home with all the amenities we needed for our family of 6. Bunk room plus the 2 rooms with double beds were comfortable for all of us. Endless seating options between the deck, sunroom, living room and fire pit to relax with sunset views and star gazing. Appreciated the paddle boards/kayak on site. All the kitchen supplies were clean and sufficient for what we needed. Would highly recommend, mostly for the amazing ocean front view and quiet neighbourhood.

A superb location and accommodation

The Ferndale house is one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. The house is literally 10 feet from the waves so the rhythmic sound is your relaxing companion. The west facing home maximized the time we could enjoy the setting outside with lounge chairs and deck furniture. The closed in patio is perfect for early morning coffee. We cooked all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. We had one question about the garbage and the host contact was responsive and thorough. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Views From The Sunroom, Patio, and Fire Pit

This place is all about the view out the backside of the home. Don't get me wrong, the home is nice, but the reason to stay here is that you enjoy an amazing ocean view, love to watch sunsets, and having an evening fire makes your heart stutter. Everything in the home worked as advertised, was generally clean, and comfortable enough. If you like to shower, prepare to be a bit cramped, as the shower is only about 2' x 2'. There is a bath if you like to soak. The bed in the Master bedroom is queen size and comfortable. All in all, this is a nice place to stay and we would be happy to return.

Sweet location with a spectacular view.

Directions & Entrance instructions to the home were great. We had some small issues with the way the cleaners had left the home, but those were quickly resolved by Evolve & the owner. The home itself has tons of amenities and the layout is very open & versatile. My husband and I had our two grown children with us and our daughter's dog. Everything was very pet friendly and we had a lot of fun beach walking when the tide was out. When the tide was in, we had fun watching the sea lions. The neighborhood is very quiet & restful. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Family w/Dogs watching sunsets that rival Maui's

The location of this property is what you pay for. The sunsets are magnificent. Nice neighborhood to stroll in. There is one ceiling fan and 3 mobile fans. The property is toward the end of a tiny dead end road. We felt safe We didnt go in the water but there are water toys and bikes available. Be sure to Check out: Teddy Bear Cove, COA Mexican restaraunt, Fairhaven area of Bellingham especially the Art shop wich features 45 vendors, Skylark cafe and Sweet Waffles and the Saturday Farmers Market.The home has a Keurig coffee maker & a Coffee pot, (fui)
