Did not get what was offered at booking.
1) No proper communication. Wi Fi connection info not provided so we had to use personal data during our three night stay
2) Hot tub was offered in the deal, but pool/ hot tub was under major renovation. I wonder why was it part of deal, When asked about it after check in , we got automated message about renovation and offer to cancel the booking. What kind of businesses we are in where you offer to bring checked in customer on the road by offering to cancel booking rather than offering some discount ease on booking charges.
3) The condo had a dirty sofa in the living I ever came across and had to opt out using it
4) Balcony had only one chair to sit for a couple
5) washroom sink clogged and Toilet flush not working properly. . Total disappointment for extra money spent for leisure trip. I wish I had taken pics and videos to attach here
