Just a 5-minute walk from the oldest section of the city walls (Via del Baluardi) and 10 minutes from the Castello Estense, it’s the ideal base for experiencing the city in the most authentic way.



The interior layout is as follows:



LIVING AREA. Living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, conventional oven and microwave, moka pot, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Split-type AC unit.

BEDROOM (one step to enter). Double bed and a fold-away single bed, two nightstands with lamps and a closet, desk with chair. Split-type AC unit.

BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.



Electric heating.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Key pickup is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at Via Montebello 46 B from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, use SELF CHECK-IN (via keybox).

Check-in at the office is available from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a fee of 30 euros.



Note: You must complete the online registration of your documents and the check-in procedure to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
