“Por precio excelente calidad en limpieza no buena y nos llevaron a lavar las toallas y no nos trajeron mas toallas , debíamos secarnos con las que llevamos nosotros no nos proporcionaron champo , jabon , acondicionador solo en dia de llegada luego se olvidaron de nosotros. “I stayed a single night but it's perfect place for longer stay. The bedroom has big sofa and Tv in a corner, so you have a little lounge inside. Bathroom was basic but clean. I didn't use the kitchen, with coffee maker, big fridge... and staff for cooking. 5 starts for the girl in reception.”

Tampoco me dijeron que me cobrarían una suma mayor a la reserva y mucho menos nos dijeron que TODOS los teléfonos del hotel estaban fuera de servicio. Terminamos debajo de la mesa de noche tratando de arreglar el teléfono pues nos dimos cuenta que el cargo había sido mayor, así que tuve que bajar a preguntar. Ahi me explicaron el cobro y que no había teléfono. Al rato nos alistamos...

“Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our king room on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, had a large bathroom, and even a little back deck. The historic property was beautifully restored and clearly very well cared for by innkeeper Veronica and her team. Veronica's gourmet breakfasts were a huge treat, different every morning, and served with attention to every detail in the elegant dining room. Veronica was happy to share suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area....

“The property is very nice and well situated in town. Breakfast was nice and the bar next door was fun. While I understand it is old and maybe difficult to handle certain aspects, the musty smell and apparent mold in the bathroom was unpleasant. However maybe this isn’t the case in the newer rooms.”
