Yatakları inanılmaz rahatsızdı. Ortopedik değil döşek tarzı idi heryerimiz ağrıyarak uyandık tatil boyunca . Odada kahve makinesi yoktu.İstediğimiz yedek havluda ve nevresimde kocaman yırtıklar vardı.Tek güzel olan şey personel alakası ve restoranıydı

the location& the beach & the breakfast is good service is not good , Sae'ed the guy at the reception is rude and not polite at all he is very mean person, Zainab is not professional at all (not helpful) , generally employees are not helpful neither friendly their weak English put us in troubles most of the time except for Zaki, Alperen and Deniz, Zaki at the reception is professional, a good management guy, good English language, solve a lot of problems we had. Alperen and Deniz (who served the breakfast) are very nice. rooms are too small, no electric cattle in the room, no one told us that water and coffee is included till last days, no hot water in the shower (in one or two nights), no late check out policy, hotel needs a lot of renovations, very expensive, it doesn't worth the money paid per night, we booked eight nights arrived very early in the morning , it would be a nice of them to give us an early breakfast or even a welcoming drink. I don't recommend the hotel.

Hello Dear Guest, we read your valuable comment, took it into consideration and wanted to inform you about it. Unfortunately, we are very sorry that we could not satisfy you. The size of our rooms is clearly stated in the agency you made your reservation with and the standard is 20 square meters. You see and accept this information when making a reservation. Our hotel's check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. This is stated in the booking details and you know it. We assist with late check-out, subject to room availability. We also preserved your luggage and belongings and helped you. We have to prepare your room because another valuable guest like you will enter your room. You were served coffee and tea when you checked in and out. There was only a 10-minute problem with the hot water in the bathroom and it was solved immediately. All our staff are attentive and relevant, this hotel is also our score and other guests It also appears in our comments. Stay happy and healthy.

Temiz, konumu güzel, iyi bir işletme. Kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Çocuklu aileler için ideal. Otelin önündeki balık lokantasını çok beğendik. Havuzu bakımlı ve temizdi. Hemen önündeki denizde de otele ait şezlong ve şemsiyeler var. Havuzda da denizde de çok eğlendik. İmkanınız var ise deniz manzaralı oda tutun derim.

While clean with some very friendly staff, the hotel clearly needed some refurbishment, particularly in and around the pool area. They were also responsible for their own beach area and their maintenance of this was sadly poor. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is bang on a beautiful beach with a walk way that goes all around the beach, with shops and restaurants, a very lively place, the fish restaurant in the hotel was exceptional, fresh fish and delightful continental desserts, breakfast is served and it was great, warm & friendly staff, I would like to stay here again.

Wir waren eine Nacht in der Unterkunft und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber, Bad etwas klein aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war top! Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand und an der Strandpromenade. Sehr schön zum schlendern, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Kissen waren leider ein bisschen hart.

Excellent stay
The location was great! The view from our room was fantastic, especially on a sunny day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Korai and Deniz. The breakfast was very wholesome and nicely served. The area where the hotel is situated is picturesque and peaceful. The rooms were night were good value for money. Only issue was that it was difficult communicating with everyone because of the English barrier. Otherwise I will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay with fabulous view!

Better Hotels in the Area. Stay Elsewhere
I don’t understand the positive reviews for this hotel. Overrated and overpriced. We booked our first night with a supposed “garden view.” We ended up with a tiny patio with a “view” of a pile of trash. Second and third nights we booked a room with a sea view. We again got a small patio (only one chair), and a partial sea view. The beds do not come with blankets and the bathrooms are small. No elevator. It’s on the far side of Çalış so restaurants are a decent walk. It’s a very old hotel lacking in basic amenities. The bathrooms are tiny and not suitable for two people. Half of the time the shower flooded. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

There was a filthy fuse box on the wall where a very disturbing kitchen hood vent nose was coming from through a small hole on the fuse box. The noise was apparent from 7:30 am, until after midnight (on an off during the day depending on the main kitchen’s operational hours) causing a very uncomfortable sleeping experience as if you are sitting on an airport terminal. The hood was probably built in between the walls separating the adjacent room. No action or compensation was offered by the staff when the issue was raised. A visible hole on shower ceiling. Shower door knob missing. No glass to put toothbrush in eventhough a glass hole was present on sink counter in front of the mirror.

Хороший персонал, все в рабочем состоянии, но на 2021 год все явно не новое, однако стараются следить и приводить в порядок. Симпатичный небольшой бассейн, вид на море, отель в непосредственной близости к морю, на променаде. При этом не в самой многолюдной части променада, не так шумно.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic. Due to covid, restaurants were closed so not much ambiance. Great view and very quiet. To add a little warmth wouldnt hurt. Would recommend but not highly.

Relaxed vibe, great setting with ocean views
It was reassuring to see the effort made by the hotel to protect against Covid-19. The front desk staff was always present and cheerful. There were two restaurants at the hotel, which seemed the nicest along the boardwalk. Service at the restaurant was sometimes great and sometimes non-existent depending on who was working. We had a partial ocean view, but it was still a great view. It was nice to have a private terrace to dry our beach gear. Breakfast was good. Private off-street parking was available.

Good location, good hotel
Good hotel newly renovated. Good location directly opposite the beach and only a few minutes from the busy bars and restaurants so quite quiet. Very good breakfast. Staff very pleasant, even allowed us to check in early. Room size adequate though balcony small but are larger in sea facing rooms. Good housekeeping with fresh towels every day. Good pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas but no bed mats so slightly uncomfortable but a yoga mat helps(only a small gripe). Great fish restaurant on site and very reasonably priced, and good snack and cafe bar also. The hotel is very good value for money and we'd recommend it.

Our 4 day stay was very nice and enjoyable whilst the staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. The beach location worked very well for us and made a great setting for the included breakfast. All in all a great choice

What a disappointment!!!
First things first, this hotel was super overrated for the area of Calis beach, starting up with the room that has a prison cell's shower, destroyed shower roof and no space to shower normally, an old room with the wallpaper literally peeling off the wall, no wifi coverage at all in our room, yeah that's right a hotel room with no wifi!! We were told our room had been upgraded too...yeah right...!! Very basic English spoken, and no blankets on the bed!! No kettle, no water!! No tv signal...in short, save your money and stay somewhere else in the Marina, downtown fethiye or anywhere else but here.

Dear Guest , We also state in our introduction that internet usage is in common areas. Our rooms are 20 mt2. Our bathrooms are the same as the photos we shared and were renewed this May. All our beds and linens were renewed this May. our linens are in the wardrobe of our rooms. See you..

Uras Beach Otel'in konumu çok güzel.Gider gitmez hemen denize girmek çok güzeldi.Balık lokantasının hizmeti mükemmeldi.Yemek öncesi güneşin batışını seyretmek harikaydı.Snack barı da tatminkardı.Denizi öğlen saatlerine kadar sakin öğleden sonra ise dalgalıydı.Odadaki yatak muhteşemdi.Sanırım 1,80 eninde olan yatak çok konforluydu.Tek şikayetimiz yastıkların yüksek olmasıydı.( maalesef yastıklar genel olarak tüm otellerde yüksek ve rahatsızdır...) Odadki tuvaletdeki musluk çok zor açılıyordu ve bu da su sarfiyatına sebep oluyor...Bence oteldeki tüm muslujların kolay açılırhale getirilmelerinde su sarfiyatı açısından önemi var...Sonuç olarak deniz tatilini düşünenlere tavsiye edeceğim bir otel oldu Uras Beach Otel.Teşekkürler.
