“Our room had roaches!!! Found them crawling on the walls, in bathroom, running across furniture. We reported situation to front desk and was told that it was the last available room. We told him that there was no way we were staying another minute in that room and he offered a refund which I’m waiting to receive! We are dry cleaning our clothing and suitcase as a precautionary measure. As you may well imagine, we will never stay at another Motel 6 without an on-site inspection by us. This was a...

“The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.”

“We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street).
