Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall featuring a separate WC. The spacious living and dining area is centered around an open-hearth fireplace, used purely for decorative purposes, and includes a dining table as well as direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own dining table. The first bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A walk-through room offers a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is also furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to the garden. The 2 bathrooms each feature a shower, and a separate WC is also available to complement the bathroom facilities.
