“Our favourite stay in Fiji. Gorgeous bure on the beach surrounded by gardens to make it private. But the best part of this resort is the amazing coral gardens surrounding it. I've snorkelled all around the world and this was probably the best I've done. The resort has resident marine scientists doing conservation, so you can learn and even get involved while you are there. As a Marine biologist myself, I was impressed with what they are doing. “The views are incredible, but the manager is not friendly, the bed sheets and towels were dirty, the kayaks they offer do not exist (they have one and it is very damaged), it is not a good place to bathe or snorkel. In general, the pool furniture is neglected and in poor condition. The dinners were very good. If your idea is to relax in a hammock all day, this is your place.”
