Sleeps five; located on the first floor, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms with closets. Single sofa bed in the living room. It is a cozy space equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, hair dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, and central heating. Air conditioning in the summer and mosquito screens on every window.

TOURIST TAX - From April 1 through October 31, the tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Finale Ligure is added to the listed price. It is calculated per person and per number of nights, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. The current rate is 1 euro per day per person for furnished apartments used for tourism.
Children who have not yet reached the age of 12 on the first day of their stay are exempt from paying the tax, as are other categories of guests specifically indicated in the municipal ordinance.

PETS - Dogs are allowed provided they are docile, well-trained, clean, and under the owner's control at all times. The pet must not be left unattended on the property. It is not allowed on beds or sofas, nor is it permitted to sleep on them. Dangerous dog breeds are not accepted. Only one pet per apartment is allowed. Supplement: 40 euros.
