“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

Baño compartido pero impoluto. Como es cerca del aeropuerto te reciben a horas que no son habituales en Escocia. Nosotros llegamos hacia la 1 AM y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad.”
