“Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.”

“Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay.”

“The accomodation here is unlike any backpackers you may have seen or stayed at on your travels. An old but gracious manor that has been refurbed in a style that definitely would be termed "lived in luxury " that "embraces nostalgia" .......its central to Dunedin City , has an outside seated smokers area where there is a bbq available to use and doubles as a great space to share drinks and chillax to music as it is sheltered from the road and has privacy from neighbouring homes. . “Hotel was located opposite a major construction site which made getting in and out difficult at time. It was also very noisy. There was no mention of the construction work at the time of booking the hotel, otherwise I may have chosen somewhere else.”
