"As a new property, few things need to be adjusted and I am sure they will be shortly. I am writing this review to thank Kadir for one of the best services I have got in a hotel in my life, And I can say I travel quite a lot. He made my stay absolutely wonderful. "Air conditioning is out of order on checking in on October 27. Informed Responsible Reception with no luck and spent the night with no sleep. The second day A/C was repaired. Again on Oct 29 “right now after mid night“ A/C Out of Order” Informed them many times with no luck to repair the A/C nor able to change the room. This thing never happened with me ."

"It’s was a clean hotel. Nothing average with the price. They need to fix phones for communication though. Fix the water drainage in the bathroom. Overall I will stay again in same hotel. Easy access to the beach, malls eateries etc all Manner of shopping in the adjacent street!"

"This place is a great value compared to other options you can book in İstanbul. The building is new, and our studio apartment was also new (I think all the rooms are), with everything clean and shiny. The owner and staff are very nice, polite, and always ready to help or answer your questions about İstanbul. At first, it looks like the property is far from the city, but it’s actually not that far. There’s a huge shopping mall just about 5-minute walk away. If you like to see local İstanbul (I mean local local) just pass the highway bridge across the Pelican mall and you will be in Cihangir, Avcilar with tons of local restaurants and cafes with very reasonable prices witch you will love. We didn’t have a car, but it was easy to get around İstanbul by taxi or bus. You can take a taxi (make sure to use the Bitaksi or Uber app) to the "Küçükçekmece metro" station, which is the closest one. It costs about 7–8 USD. From there İstanbul is yours, you can go anywhere in İstanbul."

"I hope the hotel owner/manager give some attention and care to the bed’s condition, washroom maintenance, and smoking policy. The prices are pretty fair for the location, but the room was not actually similar to the photos. I had to change the room because of the noise and condition of the bed snd washroom."
