Perfect location!

This house was a perfect location for our vacation! We spent time in Flagler as well as Daytona and had a great time! The pool and hot tub were great as well as the beach access!

Private Beach

This is a beautiful house, right on a basically private beach, with a lovely pool and hot tub! The house had everything we needed and the host was great! Would love to be able to go back some day!

2025 Family @ Flagler Beach

My family enjoyed our stay Sunny Florida Home w/ Decks & View, Steps to Beach. The home owner was always prompt in answering any questions prior to and during our stay. Absolutely loved the beach views, walks on the beach, fully stocked kitchen, and the whole family had lots of fun in the private pool. Would consider this property for future stays in the area. Thank you!

Best Vacation Ever

The location is perfect. We were able to enjoy the beach (basically to ourselves) all morning and early afternoon, and the private pool the remainder of the day. We found several great food options within walking distance or a short drive. After the kids went to bed, the adults relaxed on the large balcony.

Incredible View

My mom and I spent a week at this beach house and it was wonderful! The best part, by far, is the incredible view. You can see the ocean from the living room and both main bedrooms. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Location! Location! Location!

The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Waking up to and falling asleep to the ocean was a dream. The pool was an bonus to have to hop in to cool down in the afternoon. Very clean home and the host was readily available to contact for questions. The Town of Flagler was just as great - many options for food and shopping. Do not look any further for a place to stay - this one is perfect!

Our FAVORITE beach rental EVER

Where do you even start when you’ve had a trip like ours?? The home was everything we needed, and MORE. We are so used to having to bring every little thing on our trips, but this home was equipped with everything we needed, from beach towels, to boogie boards, to a fully loaded kitchen, tons of linens, towels, and extra blankets! The pool was gorgeous and perfect for those late night swims and when the little had enough of the sand! This home is so spacious giving each family their “own” space! Loretta was an AMAZING host, addressing any concerns we had and quickly fixing them!! We can’t wait to come back again and spend another week in paradise!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time on our trip in Flagler Beach.. The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. So easy across the street to the beach. It was so nice that some of us to could stay at the beach, some could go back to the pool at the house. Easy to go back and forth for lunch or just a quick break.. The location couldn't have been better. The house was so clean, and we never saw or heard neighbors. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again. It was just right. 12 mins from Daytona one direction on A1A, 25-30 mins to St. Augustine the other direction on A1A. Grocery store 10 mins away. We couldn't have picked a better place for our relaxing trip before school starts.

Incredible view!

We recently stayed at this beach house and overall had a pretty good experience, though there were a few things worth mentioning.Let’s start with the positives, the location and view were absolutely incredible! The house sits in a prime spot, offering stunning ocean views that are hard to beat. Waking up you're enjoying a sunrise, it's a treat to wake up and see the beach right in front of you.The air conditioning was another highlight. With the summer heat in full swing, the AC kept the house nice and cool, which was a relief since we were in a heat wave. Definitely a big plus for staying comfortable inside.However, one thing to note is the dunes. They’re steep! If you have any mobility issues or aren’t in the best shape, getting up and over the dunes to reach the beach could be a challenge. It's doable, but it might be tough for some, especially if you’re carrying beach gear or have young kids. Overall, it was a solid stay with a great location and stunning views, but the dune situation could be a deal-breaker for some. If you’re up for a little physical challenge, though, the rest of the experience makes it worth it.

The location was great. We were close to the beach, saw many motorcycles passing during bike week, saw rocket in sky from balcony, and loved the views. We loved having a nice washer and dryer. We enjoyed with friends hanging out in kitchen cooking fish dinner we caught in the ocean. We loved the skylights in the bedrooms upstairs. We had televisions in two be dry and larger one in living room. The pool and hot tub were fun.

loved how close to the beach it was.. And the private pool was amazing!

we enjoyed our stay! we had 4 kids and 4 adults. some some wanted to go to the beach one was scared of the beach..our little 2year old was.. But He absolutely loved the pool! we had a amazing time! we also loved dinning at funky pelican. We do want to come back next year for a week.. we just pray prices.. will not be crazy expensive.. As everything is at this time.😉 we were close to walmart, Publix, dollar store and tons of seafood restaurants.. Alligator farm was 30 minutes.. but oh my God we drove the route that went by the ocean.. A1a.. I think .. It was awesome!! kids really enjoyed it!. Marineland.. it was close to us.. we wanted to go see the dolphins.. but we didn't end up going.. cuz we just wanted to chill at the house with the beach and the pool!! After all that is what we paid for.. we just wanted down time and to make memories.. for us this place was it! we didn't venture off but just to Alligator farm and funky pelican we ate there for anniversary. it was so good! But definitely packed tho.. But we still had good service.. so they must be A1.. if u go during the right timing during the day.

Hidden gem!

This house was conveniently located to several locally owned restaurants. The house area and beach area were extremely private! Lots of amenities! The beach chairs are the nice ones, the pool and hot tub were a fantastic getaway from the sand! Perfect place for a family of 8!
