The space:

- 2 spacious bedrooms, both equipped with all cotton linens and smart TVs. The master suite has a king bed and a private bathroom featuring a custom-tiled shower. There is also a private balcony with seating along with a work desk if needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a bathroom directly across the hallway

- Large living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter nights. Enjoy movies on the couch with the guest Netflix account

- Comfy leather couches (1 is a queen couch sleeper with a memory foam mattress and cotton linens)

- Modern kitchen with new appliances, a large sink, and a high quality filtered drinking water system. The cabinets are stocked with a variety of dishes and appliances for every occasion, ready to make delicious meals and your morning cup of coffee

- Dining room that can fit 4-6 people (4 dining chairs and 2 kitchen barstools)

- Hideaway washer and dryer in hallway closet

- Central heating easily controlled with the Nest thermostat

- Portable air conditioners in each room (Summer only)
