Our room was on the main floor There was no door from the hallway to the lobby so when our door opened everyone from the lobby/ breakfast to the entrance and parking lot could see directly in to our bedroom

I was awakened about 1:00AM by really loud talking and laughing, with the tv also blaring in their room as well. I finally called the front desk and the clerk came down and only told them to turn the TV down. She did NOT tell them to lower their voices or the fact that they were disturbing other guests. It turns out that I was told the next morning by another clerk, that the noisy people were relatives of one of the hotel's employees. HELLO!?!?!? Did they get a free room?? If they were associated with an employee, you would think that they would be extra quiet. Not happy here and I will definitely not stay at that Super 8 again!
