“This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!”

“We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. “The room was clean. When I made the reservation, what I was most concerned about was the pool and spa, which were supposedly available. We arrived at night, and the next day, surprise! The pool was closed for repairs, and the spa was closed. They also had a sauna that smelled really bad. They ruined our weekend and our celebration.”

“Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

“Location was perfect, the apartment was clean and perfect size. the only thing I was uncomfortable with was the noise the heater makes all day, it’s inside the main bedroom. Bad location.”
