  • Mountain Tranquility
    This peaceful, non-smoking, fully furnished home, above 3000' elevation, has lots of outdoor spaces. Located 1/2 mile from access to S Fork New River. Our master suite is complete with vintage queen bed, tv and large jetted whirlpool tub/shower. Living area features large screen smart tv, wifi and gas fireplace. Den / reading room with board games and smart tv. Spacious farmhouse kitchen comes with all appliances including dishwasher, toaster, blender, 12 cup drip coffee maker, keurig, crockpot and much more. Complete laundry room with modern front load washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beautiful outdoor space includes spacious deck with patio furniture to enjoy privacy and long range mountain views. A gas grill is also provided for cooking that wonderful meal while enjoying the quiet. Behind the house you will find a seating and hammock to enjoy mountain climate. Should you encounter inclement weather, there is also a covered carport with ample parking. Road does NOT require 4 wheel drive. Close to shopping, New River, and Blue Ridge Parkway, West Jefferson and Boone.

We had another wonderful stay at this mountain retreat! It was just as clean, cozy, and relaxing as we remembered. The space makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It truly feels like a home away from home. This was our second visit, and it definitely won’t be our last!

Wonderful home with warmth, comfort and nice mountain views The home was immaculately clean and the hosts were engaging and made themselves available. Easy access and a lot of good information available in the info binder. Highly recommend this place for a mountain stay.

This place was perfect! Had everything we needed for a short weekend of relaxation. Very clean and modern. We really liked the ease of unloading and reloading our things into and from the house. A heavy rain set in on Sunday and the carport saved us from getting soaked while we loaded our stuff to go home. Location is awesome. Very close to West Jefferson and Boone. The hosts were very welcoming and their communication was top notch. I hope to stay there again when I come back to the area. April 3,4,5, 2026Thomas Griffin,Winston Salem

We stayed at this house for our granddaughter's. Wedding, it was beautiful.Clean decorated very pretty.Had everything we needed.I would recommend anyone that's going toThe mountains to get away to rent this home. Also, the owners were very nice and answered any questions. We hadI was blessed to find this place

Mr. Donald was easy to contact and answered all questions. The amenities were great and just as described in the listing. I just wish I had. more time to spend there.
