The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features a clean, functional layout: a cozy bedroom ensures restful nights. The separate dining area next to the closed-off kitchen offers the perfect setting for shared meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired—from a 4-burner stove with oven to a microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all the essential kitchen utensils. You’ll also enjoy everyday convenience here: a washing machine, iron, and vacuum cleaner are all at your disposal.

The bathroom features a combination of a shower and a bathtub—ideal for a quick refresh or a relaxing evening soak. Of course, all the amenities you’d expect—such as a hair dryer and plenty of storage space—are also provided here.
