The apartment offers four bedrooms with two double beds and two bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 people in approximately 150m². The spacious and bright living and lounge area is tastefully furnished. For added holiday charm and coziness, there's a fireplace and a large sofa area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and the three modern bathrooms feature showers. After an adventurous day in the mountains, enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view over Flims from the large garden terrace and relax in the private sauna. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful holiday apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available free of charge. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the apartment. To start your mountain adventures easily, the apartment has a separate entrance to the ski room with a boot dryer. Three parking spaces in the underground garage are reserved for you. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price. Location and surroundings The apartment is located in Flims Dorf, a few hundred meters above the valley station, with various shopping, entertainment, bars, and restaurants nearby. In winter, you can reach the ski slope to the Flims valley station in just a few steps and ski directly back to the apartment after an adventurous day on the slopes.
