“A couple of nights to relax after long driving days. The room wasn't quite ready as they'd been so busy but reception staff were excellent in getting it sorted quickly and offered a complimentary drink in the bar while I waited. The room was spacious and well appointed (could do with a couple of comfy chairs - only one in there so someone would have to sit on the bed). Bed was firm and suited my taste. Bathroom a little worn but clean and had ample toiletries, towels, etc. - lovely hot shower!...

“We loved the serenity of the property and the animals were a big hit with our children. The owners dog came up for a visit and had lots of cuddles with our kids.
We would have given it a 5 star rating but the bbq didn't have any gas so we couldn't use it.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we will visit again.”
