“My family and I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this feedback constructively in hopes it helps improve future guests’ stays.Upon arrival, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout our time there. The lakefront view and private dock made the experience even more special. “We had a great time! The host quickly responded to a couple of questions we had. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Loved having our car in the garage (bonus!) We would book again if we are back in Tyler for a girls trip in the future. Thanks! ”

“We enjoy the house very much, easy enough to find off of the main highway. Any question we had the people that has the house reach out to us quickly and answer all the questions. And it is handicapped accessible, some way for certain handicapped people it worked out in the urban situation. We would rent this house again if we needed to.”

“Very dated but quaint. Good: Lots of towel rods. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location. Responsive host. Not so good: Bed fair. Whole house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Sticky kitchen floor. Sticky stove control knobs. Mildew on ceiling tiles in shower. Ice maker not working. Air return vent very, very dirty. Roach poop on bathroom cabinet doors. Lots of dust/cobwebs on edges of wood trim in kitchen/living room. No dishwasher soap. No aluminum foil. No tissues.”

“House was not clean nor safe for children due to damage everywhere. Smelled like pee or vomit in main areas and back room. Host had cleaning crew come in after complaints however only spot cleaned areas I mentioned. Was still to gross to cook or stay except to sleep. Extremely disappointed. ”
