I did not stay at this location upon arrival and seeing the inside of the room and the outside would not be an area I would have chose had I’ve been able to see the surrounding area. The room is roach infested the next time I travel II did not stay at this location upon arrival and seeing the inside of the room and the outside would not be a area I would have chose had I’ve been able to see the surrounding area. The room is roach infested the next time I travel I plan to do better research more research, but it was so bad. I canceled the reservation and did not stay there.

Roaches everywhere! Don't be fooled by the pics or even your first impression of the place, as soon as you get cozy the roaches come out to party, it was like the movie Joes apartment, one of the roaches tried to sell me crack! Also they have no exhaust fans in the bathroom and claim that steam from a hot shower will set off the smoke alarms in which case you will personally be charged for the fire departments visit. Ridiculous to say the least, anyway don't stay here

The building is under partial renovation. The staff knows that and does everything they can to make it easier; they were all friendly, excellent, and accommodating. The rooms that are finished are excellent.

Terrible

Had a late flight into Flint-Bishop Airport. Checked in about midnight. Was told it was a non-smoking room, (I am a non-smoker) only to have room smell like smoke. Main blanket had cigarette burns and holes on it. Bathroom was terrible, with rust stains in shower and paint peeling on ceiling. Towels were in such poor condition that I would not use them to wash my car. A terrible place to stay.

Nothing didn't stayed that hotel looked like a dirty hunting house the room was nasty and the tub was rusty and it were little holes in the wall the sheets were dirty 😳 the carpet was dirty and the room smell very badly 😢 i wouldn't ever book there again 😳

Reed was extremely nice. Overall cleanliness horrible. Power went out...cable went out..dirty room..stained towels..people live there and were noisy.

I actually went to room, smelled marijuana in hallway, saw people outside back door area that looked like a drug haven. Junk all over the grounds and rooms all around in poor shape under construction . I went back to counter and asked for refund. I would never stay there.

No air or fan bathrooms falling apart no carpet in hallway just cement no bed frame towels we old and worn and did not match. Strange people in the parking lot in their cars.

too many people hanging around outside into the night, unlicensed cars and it appeared to be non running vehicles .Could not operate the tv, remote was useless.

Unhealthy disappointment.

Room smelled of mold, mold spots on wall, bathtub had large rust stain around drain, toilet seeped at bottom when flushed, wall paper peeling and sheets were stained. Manager apologized and took me to another room that did not smell as bad but mold stains on wall. I left after one hour after I contacted taxi driver and had him find me a decent hotel.

made online reservation 3 hours away, received confirmation; arrived to be informed no room was available. When leaving, checked confirmation message THEN received update of no room at the inn. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Airport inn not a place to stay remove from Hotel

Would not ever book this place again. Went to the airport inn on check in date was told no reservation .airport inn canceled my reservation on February 9th and I was never notified of this the place is very nasty and very bad people hanging around had to find another room across town at a higher price was told that they rent rooms by the hour before i left the airport inn showed me a room and let me know it would be two - three hours before ready it was totally gross I wouldn't let my dog sleep there may die from something that's how bad it was .I would like to know where is my refund

At first I was told they no longer take the online reservations because they only get paid $45. Then they said that they only had one room, which looked like a janitor closet. I started to call Travelocity, and he said he had one more room upstairs with no a/c. I reluctantly took it. It was filthy, cigarette burns on the blankets, shower didn’t work. The absolute worst hotel experience of my life.

You said Hi, unfortunately I had a bad experience, first of all when we arrived and show our reservation (which I paid already) I was told we don’t accept reservations from a third party ( I always booke with hotels.com and never had any issue) so the guy in the reception took another extra 25$ cash. Second thing the room was not clean, shower not working, pillows are very and sheets are very dirty, you can smell it from a mile away. I couldn’t sleep the whole night
