Annalisa is a beautiful apartment located on the second floor of a historic Florentine building. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs; a lift is available from the first floor.

The apartment comprises a living area with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator from the 1st floor (a short flight of stairs to climb).



Check-in is self-service and available from 3:00 PM. All instructions will be provided to facilitate access.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) of Florence. If you arrive by car, we recommend using a paid garage that will register your license plate to avoid fines.



ELEVATOR: The building has an elevator starting from the first floor, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to access it.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to answer any questions via chat or phone.



Outside these hours, we are reachable for emergencies.
