We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The provided bathrobes were a pleasant surprise Diana, our host, was easy to communicate with prior to arrival, welcomed us at check in and provided valuable info during our stay. We loved the location and our stay in Firenze!

We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. My family thought it was the nicest apartment we have ever rented—great location, strong AC, comfortable and elegant furnishings, and lovely hosts. We didn’t want to leave.

This apt is fabulous! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen that had anything you might need. It is quiet and close to attractions, and has a wonderful ambiance. the host was very accommodating with great communication. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it. Ten out of ten!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's clean and has everything that we need. The location is good, just a short walk to many points of interest, especially The Pitti Palace Museum. Overall, it's a great place.

Easy check-in and out. Spacious and clean with unusually large bathroom in master for Europe-large shower and double sink vanity; washer and dryer off kitchen, plenty living room seating and large dining room table. We appreciated the plentiful toilet paper and soap/shampoo/conditioner as well as laundry supplies and milk and water. Fun local area with bakeries/enotecas/restaurants right around the corner. Coffee/pastries 2 minutes walk away.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very spacious. It was great to have room to spread out. Plenty of closet space for storage. The beds were comfortable. We were only in the apt to sleep and shower. Kitchen was stocked, but we only used the fridge for drinks. We did use the washer and dryer, which helped reduce the amount of clothes we had to pack. The owner was easy to reach, and answered all my questions. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to all the action. Would stay here again if I’m back in Florence.

Historical Florence

Wonderful 500 year old apartment! Beautifully furnished and very close to everything. Wonderful restaraunts and attractions within easy walking distance! Owners are very responsive to any issues or recommendations for sightseeing!!

Highly recommend

Great location! Apartment has an ideal floor plan when traveling with a family. Spotless, with all the amenities, pictures are accurate, and great communication with host. We would absolutely recommend to friends or family visiting Florence. Only slight challenge was WI-FI connection for door entrance, but host was super helpful to solve.

Great Stay in Florence!

We had a wonderful time here. The place stayed nice and cool while it was very hot outside. The location is great, out of the main city mayhem but walking distance to everything you want to see, especially the Ponte Vecchio. The hosts were very responsive. One of the hosts met us for check in and even helped us get our luggage up the one flight of stairs. Highly recommended!

San Giovanni festival Florence

An amazing trip, made better by having the ideal location. Being south of the river Arno, in a cozy neighborhood with restaurants aplenty just meters away from the apartment, made this property the perfect place. The flat was spacious, handsomely decorated and had all the amenities we could need / want. 5 stars!

My husband and I wished we could have stayed longer at this beautiful apartment. The apartment was even more spectacular than the pictures, it's in a great location (and very quiet at night), fully equipped and very clean. The host went above and beyond during our stay, was always quick to respond and helped make our time in Florence wonderful. Great place. We had a few issues getting in with the technology. Also it would have been nice to have English instructions for washer dryer. Host was very responsive.

Peace in San Niccolò Neighborhood

Our stay was enjoyable in this comfortable, clean, 2 bed-two bath apartment with updated kitchen.Paolo is a very responsive host. The neighborhood is across the Arno but accessible to everything and a relief from the crowds! 👍

It's so hard trying to decide where to stay based on pictures and reviews. This turned out to be a great choice! I was traveling with a friend. We each had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. (One was ensuite.)The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The kitchen is well equipped. We used both a moka pot and a French press to make coffee. The hosts are lovely and communicate quickly. The location is the Pitti Palace side of the river. I never figured out the buses-- even trying to follow Google maps. Uber doesn't work in Florence. I downloaded the taxi move app Dianna told me about. That worked well. This is a choice you can trust!

Great Location

This location is perfect. You are 10-15 minutes from everything you will want to see by foot. If you are driving there is plenty of parking as well. The apartment was as described and comfortable for 4 of us. Make sure you have wireless coverage for check in or allow the agent to meet you. Overall, not sure I will ever be able stay anywhere else in Florence.

A Gem in the Heart of Florence: Casa Giardino Uno

Our 13-day stay at Casa Giardino Uno in Florence was exceptional. The apartment, fitting 4 comfortably, blends modern amenities with cozy charm. The large, well-equipped kitchen was perfect for meals. Check-in was a breeze with a convenient phone app. Its location is ideal - peaceful yet a short walk from Florence's historic center and close to a supermarket near Ponte Vecchio. Pierpaolo, our host, was quick to respond to any queries, making our stay smooth. Casa Giardino Uno is now our top choice for future Florence visits!

great stay in Florence

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful condo situated in walking distance to all Florence attractions. The building was on a quiet street with many different restaurants and coffee shops a short distance away. The condo had very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen to cook in. It was air conditioned which was necessary given the temperatures during our visit. The only draw back we found was the key system which operated off your mobile phone and was dependent upon the wifi. Although there was a code if the wifi was down. Great property - great stay.

Great Stay in Florence

This was a perfect flat for our stay in Florence. It is on the other side of the river which was very nice because we were in Florence for the WInter Holiday and it was very crowded. The other side of the bridge was a nice reprieve. It still had fabulous resturants and shops just not as busy as the other side. The only complaint was that the dryer didn’t work well. Everything else was great. The ceilings were high and we had lots of space in the rooms. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms as well. The bathrooms were also a treat. Plenty of space for everything. Truly loved our stay.
