Beautiful property inside and out but the terrace was the star. When travelling with a larger group it is great to have space to enjoy. Location is amazing at a bus stop walking distance to everything. Sunsets over the city.

The penthouse is beautiful , very spacious and comfortable, beautiful terrace and furnitures, we had to take a taxi to places due to heat and humidity in June but only a 20 min walk to big shopping places. Steps away from some nice restaurants, small boutiques and a grocery store Coop. Highly recommend.

The penthouse is beautifully furnished in classic style. The bathrooms modern luxury. Spacious and more than sufficient for 10 guests. The terrace was just a delight! We loved every minute of our 3 days stay.

Outstanding in every way. Beautifully appointed apartment that felt like a home not just a rental. The Roof top terrace with views of landmarks and stunning greenery was lovely and library was a bonus. Great space for a family of 9 to spread out and come together.

Loved our visit to Florence

The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location close to a bus stop that afforded easy access to the rest of the city. There was an elevator that made getting up the six flights of stairs so simple for suitcases and older guests who had trouble walking. Beautiful terrace and living room, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen.

Grazie mille!Celebrating my 60th birthday with family and absolutely loved this VRBO! Family of 9...perfect for large group, couples with own bedroom/bath, kitchen and dining perfect, lounge area/family room for relaxing, amazing terrace for dining and enjoying coffee while view of the Duomo! We did not want to leave. The best place in Florence!

Stunning & Spacious Apartment!

Six family members stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment for six nights as part of a trip celebrating an 80th birthday. It's very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, very clean, comfortable and has large bedrooms with huge windows providing amazing views. We loved the beautiful outdoor spaces which offered views of the city center as well as the hills from the other side. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and the apartment overall has so much charm and character. The apartment is on the top floor of a quiet building, has an elevator and is located about a 15 minute easy walk to the city center and main attractions. The surrounding neighborhood offers great restaurants, bakeries, shopping and a grocery store. If you are considering this property, stop looking and book it! It exceeded our expectations and if I return to Florence again one day I would stay here again. Thank you Ingrid, Anna and Carolina, we had an amazing trip.

Perfect location!

Easy walk to the city center and attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle. In a small neighborhood with all you need within a very short distance. Pictures do not do it justice! Rooftop terrace with great view was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Florence!

Beautiful view and terrace

This property is beautiful! It is very spacious and was perfect for our extended family. We loved sitting around the large dining room table and on the terrace. The views are stunning and the terrace is huge and wraps around allowing for multiple views of Florence. The bathrooms are very large for European standards and felt newly remodeled. The location is great and we walked everywhere. The host was very helpful with recommendations and communicating. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect holiday

Everything from location, cleanliness, size for our family, amenities, comfortable beds was perfect! I would return to this rental when I come back to Florence! The patio was a bonus and the views on NYE of the fireworks was a bonus!

Excellent apartment, especially lovely living areas, comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, very clean, spacious for 7 people (ages 19 to 85) and close to the centre and lovely local shops, great concierge. Very happy.

Perfect for a large group

This property is stunning - a perfect place for a large family. We stayed for 4 nights leading up to a wedding in Florence. The outside deck is absolutely perfect with outstanding views. The surrounding neighborhood is full of great restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the center of Florence. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the main attractions - we found the location to be ideal. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a large group. The check in and communication was flawless. Beautiful penthouse!

We loved our time at Amendola penthouse! Beautiful, large with amazing views. Easy to walk into downtown. Everything was about a mile away or less. Best cappuccino at Cafe Lorenzo next door!

Destination Wedding

Perfect location for easy access to all forms of transportation! Less than 10 minute taxi ride from the train station, bus stop right around the corner for sightseeing tours, or 15 minute walk to most museums and easy access public parking for our rental car right across the street. Less than 30 minutes to the airport! Communication with the owner and local property manager were seamless and questions or concerns were quickly addressed.. The apartment was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice ! Sunsets from the rooftop patio are magical! My only suggestion for improvement? An ice cube tray for the freezer.( yes a crazy American, who can’t get their drinks cold enough😆)!

Wow!!! Old world charm with modern amenities

This is by far one of the most incredible place we have rented. The place was a lot larger than expected, beautifully furnished, the roof top deck had an amazing view & the extra family room was spacious. The place was in a great area, easy walk to old town Florence. The service was amazing to work with & even got checked out by a family member. We will be back!!

Amazing penthouse

We loved this apartment. It was very spacious, well kept, and air conditioned. It was so nice after a long hot day walking the streets of Florence to come back and relax. The TV room has an amazingly comfortable couch with a view that can't be beat. In fact most of the apartment has stellar views of the duomo, city hall, you name it. The location is about a 15 min walk to the duomo which was a little much for our 4 year old but taxis are easy to find.
