Perfecto para visitar Florencia con caminatas cortas por el centro histórico de la ciudad y, para los amantes de las compras, están los talleres de los diseñadores italianos más famosos. Ofrece una estancia agradable en Florencia con su comodidad, diseño tradicional, ubicación perfecta, sala de estar luminosa y un dormitorio. Su gran salón con piso de parquet y vigas de madera te hace sentir como si estuvieras en el tiempo. Este encantador salón está compuesto por un sofá cama doble y una cocina. Servicios: calefacción independiente, lavadora, nevera / congelador, tv, horno microondas, utensilios de cocina, internet wifi. Barrio: la Piazza della Signoria fue creada en el siglo XIII y se convirtió en la plaza más importante de la ciudad gracias a la proximidad del Palazzo Vecchio y el Palacio de los Uffizi. Huge headache trying to check-in. Terrible communication after check-in. Place was dirty (try cleaning under the bed once this decade). Laundry smelled like crap after washing a load. Water heater shut off on the last night. Only freezing showers on the last day and morning of departure. VRBO did little to help. Never using the platform again. Do yourself a favor and book with a hotel.

The location is great, the place was clean, host was very responsive. Did I say the location was great! Nice 15 minute walk from the train station, if you choose to walk. Would stay there again. Ristorante wine store great place to eat. Via Por Santa Maria 5r stop in and see, Salvatore and Federico tell them Burt and Virginia sent you.

Centrally located

The apartment was clean and easy to walk to attractions, shopping and restaurants . The check-in process was well explained but the listing stated a different host fee than i was expected to pay and it was expected in cash not on the payment processed at the time of booking. Communication once in the apartment was not amazing, the apartment only had air conditioner in the living room and the ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom. When i contacted the person who was communicating with me, they didn’t answer. Note of considering staying here, it is very noisy at night.

Quiet Apartment Near All Tour Activities

The unit was great for our three night stay in June. It was located on a quiet street right near the Uffizi and a short walk to the Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well. Our check-in process was smooth and we were able to leave our bags in a safe spot in the apartment while it was cleaned from the previous guests. We would stay here again when we return to Florence!

Wonderful stay in Florence, close to all the sites

This Uffizi-area apartment is close to all the important sites in Florence and offers excellent, economical options for dining and for morning cappuccinos. The apartment is sparkling clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There is some noise at night, but that seems unavoidable in Florence. Guests should be aware at time of booking of self check in - you won't be met by a person, although someone is available by phone should you need assistance. Manager and assistant were accommodating and helpful when we experienced some travel issues that complicated our booking - we were grateful for their assistance.

Florence visit

Location was excellent!! But, it was located in a very busy, nosy neighborhood, all day and night. And I mean into night and early morning hours. Had a small issue with the washer which the host took care of right away.

Nice location for Florence visit

The apartment was spacious and clean, more than adequate for our needs. The location was perfect, right behind the Palazzo Vecchio, and that made it convenient for a mid-afternoon rest on busy walking days. There were two issues that just took getting used to but we’re a nuisance at first. The door lock to the apartment was finicky and not easy to open - late at night returning after walking in the city we ended up having to call the agent to come and help us get it open. On the positive, she came quickly and willingly even at 10:30 PM. Afterward, only my husband could open it because I am not tall enough or strong enough. This probably just goes with staying in a 900-year-old building! It also took us a few tries to flush the toilet - the tank has to be primed like an old pump before there is enough water pressure to flush. Just a quirk we Americans have not encountered. Other than these two little problems, we loved staying there and we so highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence!

Central Apartment in Great Location

We enjoyed our visit and check in and communication was very easy. The apartment had everything we needed and it was spacious and quiet. The location is great for everything we wanted to do and there are many good places to eat nearby. We would happily go back again.

Great location, quiet retreat from the crowds

This apartment is literally within a few blocks of most of the main attractions we were interested in. The Uffizi gallery, the Duomo, The Academia Gallery, the palazzo vecchio, etc. It's located on a quiet street, with good light, and is a welcome relief from the crowds of Florence. The building's high ceilings make the 2nd floor apartment stairs a little further than we expected, so although the climb was not terrible, it was sometimes tiring for us old folks. The apartment itself has a great bed, a good bathroom with shower, and an Italian coffee maker. What more could you ask? The hosts were very welcoming, and we instantly knew our way around after Laura oriented us thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we were a few years younger.

Good location

This spacious apartment was clean and tidy. It had no elevator and was located on the 2nd floor so there were lots of stairs. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. Pillows could have been a little more robust, but the mattress was great. Unit air conditioner and ceiling fan worked together to keep you cool no matter where you are in the apartment. It was a quick walk to most anything you wanted to do, or a short taxi ride. I would recommend this apartment. Four stars were given only for the stairs.
