Amplio apartamento tradicional del siglo XIII de 3 dormitorios, justo al lado del Arno y la Piazza Santa Croce.

Encantador espacio tranquilo y privado en el corazón de la histórica Florencia; El apartamento se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos a pie del Ponte Vecchio y la Piazza Signoria, y aproximadamente a 10/15 minutos a pie del Duomo.

Este apartamento del primer piso está en Corso dei Tinori. Una calle encantadora y típica conocida por su historia de los siglos XII y XIII de teñir lana y seda junto al río y el 'Arte dei Tintori'. Hay maravillosos bares, restaurantes, trattorias, heladerías y cafés típicos que rodean esta área.

El apartamento ha sido renovado cuidadosamente y tradicionalmente, y tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones. Tiene un diseño peculiar e interesante con vigas originales, exposición de piedra, persianas originales, muebles antiguos y pisos originales en algunos lugares.

Viajando al departamento:
No hay acceso a esta calle con un automóvil durante el día, sin embargo, puede acceder nuevamente entre las 7:30 p.m. y las 7:30 a.m. (solo cuando la luz verde está encendida) o un sábado. Apartment was clean. Non working elevator. Listed as first floor but had to take two flights of steps to get to unit.Great location for walking to Academia, Uffizi, dining, and shopping. Grocery store right across the street which was a plus. Management team was great to work with. Due to age of building could not run more than one appliance at a time. Low lighting throughout rooms.

This is a great little place to stay, and I would stay here again. I only gave it 4 stars because there were a couple of things that just wasn't a 5 star.Pros: Really good communication with the host.Within walking distance to everything! There is a grocery store and a pastry shop literally across the street.Cons: The A/C does not work!! The second toilet broke while we were there and they couldn't get a plumber. (not their fault).The bedroom with the little stairs, we called the hobbit room because you have to duck down while going up and down some small steps. Great for children!! Adults...watch your heads.The shower had soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers but were empty. There is an elevator but unavailable for this apartment.??? I carried two 21kg suitcases up to the first level. (not too bad, it's doable)This would go a long way if the apt. provided some small things like soap, toilet paper, laundry stuff, etc. (did I mention the store across the street) The wi-fi worked great, had all the kitchen stuff. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, lots of utensils. Stove worked good, refrigerator was cold.Most importantly....We felt safe!

Great location!

This apartment is located conveniently in Florence. There is a Conad grocery store right across the street, and it not very far from the Arno river and the Uffizi Gallery. The apartment is on the first floor, so there are not too many stairs to deal with. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went out during our stay, so we had 3 nights without A/C in July. I communicated with the host, and it took 2 nights to get a few fans to help with air circulation. The host did refund us some money for this problem, which was appreciated, but it was an uncomfortable stay. We did open the windows in one room, but couldn't open any others due to pigeons. We got bit up by mosquitos on the night we had the window open! I hope the a/c problem gets resolved quickly, because it really is a nice, unique Florence apartment in a great location!

Amazing property. Best neighborhood. Close to everything. Felt like home immediately. Everything we needed and more. Small market across the street had everything we needed for amazing dinners and easy breakfasts. Kids loved bedroom and bath at the back.

This unit was everything we could have asked for. This was our (adult) children's first time in Italy and it did not disappoint and it started with this fabulous unit. The Owner and Property Manager were fantastic with communication. The listing is accurate. Plenty of kitchen space for our needs. Bathrooms were great. Plenty of hot water. The location is so good! Down the street from both the Arno (Ponte di Grazie) and Piazza Santa Croce. Blend/Eat across the street is excellent. Everything was wonderful and we had a great time.

Perfect Location for a Walkable Florence Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute, quirky and cozy apartment. The listing photos were accurate, and bedrooms were all very comfortable. We stayed in late March so the apartment temperature stayed cool and comfortable. The Santa Croce neighborhood location was outstanding and made walking everywhere we wanted to go (sights, shopping, food) on either side of the river a breeze. While we did walk from the train station when we arrived, we decided it was easier to catch a taxi back to the station when we left. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Highly recommend.

Quirky museum feel with all the amenities

This was the perfect apartment for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). We loved the quirky layout of this renovation, including all of the special touches, details, and artwork. The cave room at the back of the apartment was a hit with our teens.We also appreciated the availability of both a washing machine and a dryer. The location was excellent. It was on a quiet street, but close to all the major sites that we wanted to see and superb restaurants.Communication with the owner and management team to confirm arrival details was also excellent.We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again during a future visit to Florence.

Mosquito coast .

The property was charming and mostly what we expected from the listing. Neighborhood was fantastico! And walking distance to all the places we intended to visit. I would suggest an extra quilt or blanket or two, trash bags and toilet paper. Our biggest complaint were the mosquitoes! Our second night in our daughter's room , the small white one with the twin beds ,she insisted she was getting bitten by mosquitoes. It only got worse as the week progressed. My son and daughter were both covered in mosquito bites all over their exposed areas. We could hear them in the master bedroom buzzing in our ears. We couldn't figure out where they were coming from. We never opened the windows to allow fresh air for fear we would allow more mosquitoes in. So both my son and daughter came home with mosquito bites all over their face, their eyelids, their necks, their arms and hands. A bit of a nightmare. We were not warned about the mosquitoes. Our check in host only mentioned not letting the pigeons fly in, but mentioned nothing about the mosquitoes. At first, I thought they may have been a different kind of bug… Fortunately, that was not true , as we all heard them buzzing around our heads at some point throughout the week. If that is an issue, we would've appreciated some warning, and or, supplies to prevent the house having a mosquito infestation. It was a very unfortunate , annoying and gross part of our experience, there were blood stains on the pillows and sheets from getting bitten .

Unique apartment, great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It’s very quirky with strange hallways and nooks, and we found it really unique. It is renovated and well stocked. The kitchen is small, but has good appliances and definitely had everything we needed. We loved the location of the apartment, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do/see. We found a new favorite restaurant just down the street (l’Osteria Cucina Casalinga) that we went back to multiple times. We definitely hope to stay here again when we return to Florence!!

really charming and convenient!

we like the traditional charm of the house very much! it is also spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family. Location is central, full of shops and markets outside, within 20 minutes walk to museums, palaces and churches.

Unique and spacious

This unit was clean and comfortable. There are lots of levels to maneuver through, but it is charming. Unfortunately, the dryer was out of service during our stay, but the manager provided us with a drying rack.
