A posh apartment with peace, quiet and tranquility situated in the historical Oltrano center. Walking distance from all the tourist attractions.The Ponte Vecchio, Uffici, Duomo and Palazza Piti are at the doorstep of this apartment. The best location to stay when in florence. You have the best bars, restaurants and supermarkets at the door step.
    2 cozy bedrooms with a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The
    apartment is well furnished giving you a feel of true Tuscan warmth and comfort.
    All amenities like aircon, heating,wifi, dishwasher, washing/drying machine etc are available.

The Perfect Spot

This was the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful views and easy access to the city. Would love to stay here again. Great communication with property owners and they helped us with everything we needed.

Amazing location and views! Everything about the property was as advertised and the neighborhood on that side of the river was such a gem! Marisca was a pleasure to work with, I wish I hadn’t waited until my last day to read the book of tips that she put together for her guests.

Marvelous Apartment in Marvelous Location

We were right on the Arno River. We had a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. We were in a great location to see all the sights. We walked everywhere. The trip to Florence exceeded our expectations.

Magical indeed! The terrace views of the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and Duomo are breathtaking! The location is ideal for touring Florence or just relaxing. Minutes walking distance to most major sights and it is surrounded by many little shops, restaurants, bars, and gelaterias. Marusca provided many recommendations and checked in regularly to see if we needed any help. This trip included several other cities, but we would eventually like to return the to Florence for a few weeks to relax and enjoy a slower pace..and maybe a few more day trips around Tuscany.

This apartment is perfectly located with postcard views! Walking distance from everything. Great restaurants,shops and grocery store right out the front door. Very comfortable beds.

Perfect Location

The location was wonderful for everything we did in Florence. The apartment was spacious and the terrace view unbelievable. Many restaurants in this area. Our host , Marusca , was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our 7th time in Florence.

Best view in Florence

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing view from the terrace. Check in process was hospitable. Close to everything in Florence and we enjoyed music every night from the river and bridge.

Fantastic location and host

My husband and I loved staying at this property for its location in the Oltrarno neighborhood. There are a wide variety of amazing restaurants here and the popular attractions are within easy walking distance across the river. The apartment had everything we needed and the view is even better than the pictures! We communicated easily with our host and her recommendations in the area were very much appreciated. We even enjoyed walking up the beautiful stairs instead of using the elevator.

Far exceeded our highest expectations

The deck is amazing! Best view we’ve ever had. Apartment is ideal, very comfortable, with everything you would need. Marusca, our host was terrific. Check in was a breeze and she gave us enough time and local insider info to make the whole visit fantastic. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Location and Phenomenal Views!

This our seventh time visiting Florence and our second stay at this apartment that has beautiful balcony views of the Ponte Vecchio bridge overlooking the Arno River. We were welcomed by the host upon our arrival and given great recommendations of local restaurants, bars and attractions. I would highly recommend this gem of an apartment in this prime location.

The Patio!!

We loved this apartment. The location is perfect and close to everything. The patio is absolutely amazing. We had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening looking at the Ponte Vecchio. Marusca was there when we arrived and answered any questions we had.

Great place to stay

The host was great! Marusca met us at the unit and provided us information on restaurants, stores, etc. All very helpful. The location was central to everything and the view is fantastic. We walked everywhere. We would stay there again.
