The Space:

The accommodation has two double bedrooms: one larger, decorated in shades of pink, and one slightly smaller, recognisable by its yellow cushions.



The property is completed by a cosy living room with a sofa bed, dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette.



The bathroom, complete with toilet and bidet, has a comfortable shower and a hairdryer.



Guest Access:

At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always available to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you can access the apartment completely independently thanks to our self check-in system, which also includes self-registration of identity documents.



Inside the apartment, you will find every comfort and modern technology.

Check-in and assistance

You can access the apartment via self check-in: from 3 p.m. onwards, you can enter your Florence Charming Apartment independently, following the instructions you will receive by email once the procedure is complete.



Our office is available for assistance every day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. via email, chat and telephone. Outside these hours, we only respond to emergencies by telephone or chat.

Things to know before arrival





The tap water is drinkable.



The following basic necessities are provided:

• shower soaps (hands, body, hair),

• dishwashing detergent and sponge.





During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
