Our stay was for a family holiday and the host made it special with a christmas tree and decorations. The house was perfect for us in size making our stay comfortable.

The house is very nice with all the supplies needed. The location was great for our group. Morning and evenings on the lake, and day time at the beaches.

Great location

Great location, property is a little dated but location more than anything makes up for it, the kids had a lot of fun and the adults unwinded well.

Board Game Weekend

My friends and I were looking for a perfect quiet place out in nature to gather and play board games all weekend. This house was perfect! Quiet, perfect sized gaming table, a full kitchen for making snacks, and multiple full-sized bedrooms for everyone to have their private space. We also enjoyed taking breaks from gaming to walk out onto the deck to look at the lake and get some fresh air. The house was located close to stores for the "oops, I forgot to pack this" trips!

The hot water was shut off so a lot of ice cold showers. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. A lot of knobs were broke or missing from the lights and kitchen cupboards. We stayed in this home in the past and all was well however this time there was a lot of repairs needed done. Even the entertainment center was glued shut. For the money we spent it was not what we expected.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home on Mercer Lake. Plenty of room for our 3 adult children, spouses and 2 grandchildren. The home had everything we needed in a beautiful setting.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! Florence is beautiful and this home, right on Mercer Lake, was amazing! We enjoyed the lake but also enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean! Everyone enjoyed themselves!

Beautiful Picturesque Views

One of the best stays we have ever had. As soon as you walk in you are swept away with amazing views. All the accomodations were excellent and well cleaned. Great for get together and a time of relaxation. Will book again in the future.

Perfect house for small family or friend gathering

This was the perfect space for our family to get together. Serene setting on the lake. We used the kayaks, sat and read on the dock, utilized the large kitchen to cook and enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty to do nearby, or just sit on the patio and enjoy the view!

Lovely deck on the back of the house has beautiful views of the lake. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the difficult climb down to the lake. The last 2 steps are particularly steep with at least a 2 foot vertical drop to the next step.

Lake visit

The location is amazing. We enjoyed the lake and the convenience to the coast. The house is pretty much what you see in the pictures. The outside and some of the furnishings are getting a little weathered. Didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

Ladies weekend

The outside of this home needs some serious TLC, it’s kind of sad really. But other than that, the host was amazing and the house was delightful, the weather was perfect for a ladies weekend and we were so grateful for this location.

Stunning Mercer Lake Views

Our family has stayed on Mercer Lake many times and this house provided the most beautiful views of the lake. The outdoor patio area was a perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. So tranquil. The house was spacious and we loved the floorplan. Everyone had their own space and plenty of bathrooms. We would stay again.

The house was big and pretty nice. It was not perfect, but I was not expecting perfection. The price was reasonable. We had seven people and had PLENTY of room. The trail down to the dock is difficult for some but the dock was good. Next time we would bring our favorite cooking gear.

Great Location, Great house, needs a little upkeep

Loved the location and amenities. A few minor issues with TV (no remote in Kitchen, Cable in downstairs master did not work), and would like to see dock repaired. We've already booked for next summer!
