  • Apartamento en el centro de la ciudad a 50 metros del Ponte Vecchio, la zona de Oltrarno. A 100 metros de la Piazza Pitti y unos pasos de la galería Uffizi, la Piazza Signoria y Piazza S. Our stay was perfect! The apartment was comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were wonderful! Even with a late arrival we were met outside and given a thorough tour. Gianni provided us with welcome treats and tons of advice and recommendations. He even secured us a taxi for a 4:30am departure! We would recommend this space a million times over!

Beautiful VRBO. Right by the bridge, but off the touristy area. It was very chic with art, modern design and wonderful location. Loved it!!!

Amazing location, excellent apartment, top notch host. Couldn’t ask for more. Located just off Ponte Vecchio in one of Florence’s best neighborhoods. Can literally walk everywhere. Best wine bar in Florence just out the door, along with great bars and restaurants. Spacious given the location (us and our two young daughters fit easily) with a fully functioning kitchen, ac, and a washing machine. And Gianni and his wife are amazing hosts. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Very nice location close to the Ponte Vecchio. The owner was very helpful and gave us many good tips on sites to see, as well as grocery stores, gelato shops, and restaurants. Even though it is close to all the sites, we didn’t hear any street noises at night. Was a good fit for the four of us.

We had a wonderful time in Florence, and this apartment was in the perfect location! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our host was amazing--he met us and made us feel welcome. He provided a map and made recommendations, and was very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Small, but beautiful apartment next to Ponte Veccio

The apartment was very nicely furnished and super convenient. We had an easy time checking in and Gianni had excellent recommendations on how and where to visit in Florence.

Perfect place to stay in Florence!

Great hosts with recommendations. Has some things missing in most Italian VRBOs: lovely bathrooms, elevator, and a nice living/dining room. Location is ideal-easy walk to all the sights, but far enough away that it doesn’t feel like you are being overrun by tourists. Will definitely stay here again.

Family trip

Our hosts were fantastic. They reached out and introduced themselves at the time of booking and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The location is perfect. Close to everything so we were able to go back for a rest, cold drink or washroom break whenever needed and it was really quiet to sleep. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Weekend in Florence

Location is great. Easy walk to dousing-uffuzi. Apartment had everything we needed. Two bathrooms a big plus traveling with my daughter. Communication was great. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again

The property was well equipped everything worked nicer then pictures on website, parking was next to property very convenient although not free. owners were very accommodating, can’t say enough about Gianni he gave us great suggestions for shopping dining and exploring Florencia we will definitely look to book this place next time

Property is located just off the Ponte Vecchio and within east walking distance of all the major attractions in Florence. Gianni was a great host who maintained communication with us throughout our stay and explained all the details to us when we first met. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need for a few days stay and has good Wi-Fi. All in all a very good place to stay while in Florence.

Perfect location in Firenze

This apartment was perfect for 2 couples very close to Ponte Vecchio and walking distance from most historic sites in Florence. The owners were amazing and gave us great tips and left us with wine and snacks and thankfully cold water and beer in the refrigerator. I can’t recommend them enough!

2 nights in Florence

Gianni, meet us at the property for a hand over. A lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us. Gianni gave several suggestions of things to do and places to go. Accommodation was perfect for our needs and very close to attractions. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks again Gianni e Barbara.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and 2 children (10 & 7) and the apartment we stayed was excellent. The location can not be better, just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, and the owner Gianni was sooo helpful. Whenever we had a question, he responded right away, and he gave us many good recommendations on restaurants, etc. He definitely helped our visit in Firenze very pleasant one. If we come back to Firenze, we will stay at this place again for sure.

2 minute stroll to Ponte Vecchio

Property is exactly as described. Enough facilities to let you stay in and chill, but so central that you want to go out and enjoy - restaurants, galleries, markets, shops, cafes, museums. The list is probably endless. Gianni’s communication and introduction was excellent.

Perfect location and amenities

Location was walking distance to everything! Clean, convenient, well equipped apartment. Great restaurants,, Gino's bakery, and grocery within a couple blocks. Our flighr was delayed and then luggage didn't arrive so we were 2 hours late to get to the apartment. Gianni was flexible with our situation and waited to give us the keys and explain everything in the apartment. Absolutely will stay here again.

10/10 stay! Our stay at Gianni's apartment couldn't have been better. The location is excellent in the heart of Oltrarno, just across Ponte Vecchio, a few minutes walk to all major sights in Florence with many amazing restaurants and shops nearby. Gianni is a lovely host, and he provided lots of information prior to our stay, including restaurant recommendations, how to get to the apartment, etc. He met us at the apartment for check-in to explain everything and gave us a thorough explanation of the city, including more recommendations for restaurants, gelato, schiacciata, bars, and things to do in the area. He even arranged an early morning taxi for us to the train station on the morning of our departure. During our four night stay, the temperature was over 100 degrees, and the air conditioning was the best we experienced throughout our stay in Italy. It was so nice to come back from a hot day of sightseeing to a cool, comfortable apartment. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, there are blackout shades, the neighborhood is quiet for sleeping, the washing machine worked great and was supplied with detergent, and the kitchen was well stocked. If I had to come up with a negative, and this is barely worth mentioning barely worth mentioning and is not uncommon, the shower in the second bathroom is pretty tiny...but it was so nice to have two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We would definitely stay at Gianni's apartment again, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Ponte Vecchio apartment!

A fabulous location, one street back from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is located in small arcade so there are secure gates at each end, which is good at night for security. The address is slightly obscure, our taxi driver, pointed into the arcade and said it is down there. However, the owner, Gianni, was on hand to greet us and let us into the apartment. Although tiny, it is really well equipped with 2 double beds with ensuite and a central kitchenette, laundry in a cupboard, lounge and dining table. Good use has been made of the space. High speed WIFI. Walking distance to all attractions and a 2 minute walk to the Arno River and Boboli Gardens. There are great restaurant options, especially around Santa Spirito. Gianni welcomed us to the apartment, he gave a tour offered instructions and he also showed us relevant locations on the map, and good restaurant recommendations. Gianni also stocked the fridge with water, soft drinks, beer and provided a welcome bottle of wine. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Firenze.

Perfect base for Florence exploration

The photos don't really do justice to the apartment. It is very attractive in a modern way and well-furnished. Very comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you would need but in this location you have so many choices for excellent food in many ranges and all at pretty reasonable prices for the middle of a leading tourist city. The location is exactly as stated: right off the end of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. There's no view from the apartment because it faces the interior of the block, but that eliminates the street noise. Within 15 minutes you can walk to the furthest of the key attractions. Gianni, our host, was super helpful.and all his suggestions were great experiences. The one thing you have to know about is the dreaded ZTL (limited traffic zones). As a non-resident you check your car into one of the approved garages (Gianni's recommended Garage Lungarno is highly efficient) but it has to stay there until you leave. (You really don't want to drive in Florence anyway). The garage will.send you detailed instructions when you book your space.

Muy bien situada en el centro histórico, adecuada para un matrimonio con dos niños (o dos parejas). Con ascensor. Los propietarios, muy amables. Una cama muy confortable si bien la otra, un poco menos. Estancia muy agradable.

Atención y ubicación inmejorables.

La atención de los dueños ha sido excelente. Nos han recibido con un "welcome pack", dulces para el desyuno, agua, coca cola, una botellita de vino buenísimo. Gianni nos asesoró sobre los mejores monumentos para visitar y nos envió un mensaje para avisarnos sobre la fiesta de S.Giovanni y los fuegos artificales. El apartamento no es muy grande, pero perfecto para una estancia de unos días. La limpieza de todo el apartamento es excelente. El equipamiento es perfecto, tiene de todo. Y que decir de la ubicación, es fenomenal, justo al lado del Ponte Vecchio y a unos minutos andando de cualquier monumento, museo y zona de ocio de Florencia. Absolutamente recomendable. Gracias Gianni!

Lovely clean and well appointed apartment. Very comfortable for 2 friends travelling together. Location was amazing right beside the Ponte Vecchio but was also very quiet.
