Estimado Sr Cayo, primeramente le agradecemos por el tiempo que usted dedicò a comentar nuestro hotel, lamentamos mucho los puntos por usted señalados: - las toallas son verificadas cada que la empresa de lavanderia nos las entrega y rechazadas y dadas de baja si se encuentran en mal estado, si no estaban de su agrado podia solicitar un cambio sin costo alguno. - Las almohadas son almohadas estandares, como es normal se otorga uno por persona, pero si hubiera solicitado a nuestro personal unas extras no hubieramos dudado en entregarselas. - usted comunico que el aire luego que lo tuvo prendido por largo tiempo comenzo a hacer ruido, se le explico que luego que llegue a la temperatura y se quede por largo tiempo, se apaga y vuelve a encender y si usted gustaba la podia apagar porque lo podia manejar con el control del mismo. No comunico que se apagò por si solo en la noche, se le indicò que aunque si la recepciòn cierra a las 21 PM, hay numeros de emergencia donde encontrara alguien dispuesto a ayudar las 24H, en ese caso se le hubiera brindado ventiladoras. - Los productos se shampoo y jabones son las amenities que encuentra en todo tipo de hotel (de nuestracategoria y superior). - se les cambia el papel higienico cuando este estè consumido, y se les otorga màs si se solicita. Siempre estamos a disposicion de los huespedes, antes y durante la estadia para solucionar cualquier inconveniente que tengan. Lamentamos nuevamente su experiencia, ojalà pueda regresar y verificar por usted mismo que si solicitado estamos siempre a disposicion de nuestros huespedes. Saludos Residence La Contessina

Dear Guest,the reviews are a useful way to describe an experience, and we really appreciate both positive and negative criticisms. We have the opportunity to improve ourselves with constructive criticism, but your review doesn't reflect the reality.We are on Via Faenza which is a central street and there is a big door to enter, we keep the door closed in order to give more privacy at our cozy place.Each apartment has an armored door, the armored doors have a key that is neither abnormal neither giant, it is larger than an ordinary key.The showers in each unit are regular size standard showers, they are not mini showers.Regarding the noise, the owner herself felt sorry for it and she left you her mobile number to contact her at any time. We are able to intervene in case of problems at any time (the emergency numbers are always communicated at check-in). The score you gave us does not reflect the service and structure you found. We wonder if perhaps you misunderstood our answers, but the ticket with Mrs. Carla's personal number was received by you with a witness at her side, who is our reception manager.Best Regards from a working team made by people loving their jobs and the guests' satisfaction
