Residenza Oltrarno, un elegante apartamento en el centro histórico de Florencia

Residenza Oltrarno, está en la primera planta de un edificio antiguo, donde tendrá una gran cantidad de espacio y comodidad que cumplen con las necesidades de aquellos que quieren sentirse como en casa mientras viaja.
El apartamento está situado a las afueras de la ciudad ZTL (zona de tráfico limitado) a 500 metros del centro histórico de Florencia y tiene capacidad para 10 personas.

Residenza Oltrarno se compone de un gran hall de entrada, un amplio comedor, una amplia cocina, tres dormitorios (todos con aire acondicionado y calefacción operado de forma independiente), dos cuartos de baño separados.

Las habitaciones son muy tranquilo, ya acristalamiento y dobles ventanas dobles que guardan el secreto del verdadero descanso y ellos son:
la Casa S.Frediano que tiene una cama doble y dos camas individuales, el Espíritu Santo Cámara (con balcón) y la Casa de San Nicolás (con un pequeño patio) que tienen cada uno una cama doble y una cama individual.
Todos y colchón ortopédico son de calidad.

Los dos cuartos de baño son:
Cuarto de baño verde con un baño con ducha para su uso.
El baño de color rosa, con una gran ducha con ayudas para personas con discapacidad y / o de edad avanzada.

La vivienda consta de dos habitaciones en un correo que son respectivamente: un comedor con una mesa ovalada, donde también pueden tomar un asiento 10 personas (estiramiento de la organización de las maravillosas cenas con amigos o familiares) y una salón donde se puede pasar momentos felices, en un cómodo sofá de tres plazas, aprovechando al mismo tiempo de sillas y sillones, viendo la televisión o simplemente disfrutar de un café, una bebida o una buena lectura.
El salón también está rodeado por un tarrazzo (con mesa y sillas) con vistas a la plaza adyacente.

La gran cocina está equipada, por supuesto, con todas las herramientas y equipos necesarios para preparar comidas y cenas.

This apartment was perfect for our family tripto Florence. Filippo was so easy to communicate with from the initial booking to check out. He met us at the apt to check in and gave us so much helpful information for the city. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Magnificent Florence

What a gem! I can't recommend this property enough. Filippo is amazin resource for all your travel needs. There is a cafe, supermarket, restaurants and bus stops just steps from the front door. The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great size apartment that can accommodate multiple people/families and very clean. Host is excellent and provided a lot of information on the area and things to do in Florence and the surrounding area. Dining options are limited in the area surrounding the apartment but there are plenty across the river in Florence within a short taxi or bus ride. Apartment was fairly quiet even though there is a busy street right outside but parking is somewhat difficult if you rent a car as you must find an open parking space on the busy streets and must pay for the parking every day except for Sunday. If you do have a rental car and park, I highly recommend using the Easy Park app instead of paying at the metering stations. The app works in most places in Italy and Europe.

The PERFECT place to access Florence!

Just a wonderful experience all around. The apartment was perfect in every way - lots of room, very well equipped and quiet. Fillipo, the host and owner, was WONDERFUL! He provided lots of info about the apartment and Florence. He also sent many messages with even more information. Greatly appreciated!! An excellent market is across the street. A spectacular property in a less crowded neighborhood but an easy walk to central Florence.

Our host Filippo was so responsive on internet before our trip and sorted any problems and requests we had. He gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment and filled a local map with key info. The apartment is in a lovely older building across from a small park and within short walk of good food and large supermarket. Iris about a 25 minute walk along the Arno River to the Centre of old Florence Can’t say enough good things about this place.Tim and Irene

Week in Florence

Our host was so helpful and friendly. He made special accommodations to meet our group as we arrived at different times. He spent a lot of time giving us recommendations to visit the city. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the grocery store and a coffee shop. Walking distance to the sights or a 20 cab ride. Great pizza and coffee close by.

Ho alloggiato nella struttura di Filippo insieme ad una comitiva di 9 amici, siamo stati benissimo! Innanzitutto Filippo è stato molto disponibile fin dalla prenotazione effettuata sul sito, con consigli ed informazioni utili. Gorgeous Apartment - Great Host

We are a group of 4 adults who stayed for 5 nights at Filippo’s beautiful apartment in the Santo Spirito area of Florence. When we arrived, Filippo gave us a detailed tour, explaining how everything in the apartment worked, what sights to see, favorite places to eat, nearby grocery stores, etc. He could not have been more helpful or accommodating- even arranging a taxi for our return to the airport. The apartment is huge, the bedrooms large and comfortable. Lovely furniture and art, and well-equipped for everything one would need. The balconies were an added bonus. We all agreed that if we’re ever back in Florence, we would definitely stay here again! A true taste of renaissance Italy. Thank you, Filippo!

If you want the best host experience stay here. The owner takes high pride in his property and his guests experience. The host makes sure you have everything you need and more. Spectacular

Wonderful property and location. It is located just over the bridge away from the middle of town and noise, but within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and, of course, the museums and shopping. Our property manager Filippo was great and so helpful. The property was just as advertised, lots of room and two lovely balconies. We would definitely come back to stay next time we come to Florence.

FANTASTIC

I don’t have enough good things to say about our stay. The apartment itself is clean, huge, and so comfortable. We were a total of 7 people and we had a wonderful stay. The location is great as well. Easily walkable to the center of town - lovely walks along the river, wonderful full supermarket just across the street as well. Now to Filippo the host. So so wonderful. He was so nice and kind and helpful. Very helpful, gave many recommendations that we loved and was also very responsive. Great place for a group - if I come back to Florence I’ll certainly stay again.

Great work trip!

Filippo was am amazing host. We traveled with a group of women for work and fun. Filippo helped us call cabs throughout our trip via a messages on whats app and gaves us tons of local stores, cafes to get food etc. The apartment is huge. Great for a large group. AC in the living room is not too cold but in Florence this is normal in the summer. AC is the bedrooms was great. Also the apartment is a little far from the center so you must take car, train or bus to get to the center of Florence. On a nice Spring day you can walk if you like walking:) safe beautiful neighborhood. Thank you Filippo!

Enjoyable family stay

This is a great value place. The location is perfect. It is close to everything but in a quiet, easy to access spot. There is a supermarket extremely close and You can easily walk or take the bus everywhere. Filippo, the owner, is a great communicator and very supportive for anything you might need with respect to your stay or information about Florence. It was terrific for our family group of nine. Plenty of room and a great dining room table where we had a delicious homemade meal acquired from the supermarket. We also enjoyed the best pizza ever from a recommendation Filippo gave us for our second dinner. This is a terrific place if you're looking for overall value.

Great apartment for a large family

Filippo met us at the apartment and provided many suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing spots and where to get public transportation. He even arranged taxis on two separate occasions. The apartment is so spacious that 6 adults and 3 teenagers fit very comfortably. We got some rain and appreciated umbrellas were available to use. When one of the bedrooms AC was not working well we contacted Filippo and he responded very quickly to provide assistance. It was great having a grocery store less than a block away. The building is quiet; on a busy street so you hear some traffic noise with windows open. Filippo is a great host! I would stay here again.

Phillipo was an excellent host. He was at the apartment on our arrival and is warm and friendly. Phillipo pointed out areas of interest in Florence on the map and sent through a significant amount of Information on where to eat, transport options and important sites to see. We loved our time in Florence because of the information he provided and his willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Large family trip

Loved this apartment. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Host was very helpful. The only downfall was the distance to the main attractions. With young kids, it was a long walk. Taxi's and Uber's are either hard to find or expensive. Would definitely stay here again.
