Romántico apartamento con jardín a 2 minutos a pie del palacio Pitti

Apartamento Santo Spirito-Piazza Pitti con jardín para 2/4 personas.

Este apartamento recientemente renovado está ubicado en el primer piso de un edificio antiguo a 50 metros de la Piazza Pitti. Tiene unos 45 metros cuadrados y tiene la rara característica de un hermoso jardín amurallado que, al estar en la parte trasera del edificio, es un remanso de paz y canto de pájaros en el centro de la ciudad.

El salón tiene un altillo con una cama doble. En el nivel inferior hay un cómodo sofá cama y zona de estar, un gran armario, escritorio y zona de trabajo con conexión a Internet y un gran ventanal con vistas al jardín.

La espaciosa cocina tiene una mesa tradicional con superficie de mármol con capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente, un rincón con sillón y una puerta que da al jardín.

El baño está decorado en piedra pálida con baldosas de color gris pizarra en el suelo: es contemporáneo y elegante y, realmente, bastante grande para un apartamento de este tamaño. También hay un pequeño trastero.

Hay pisos de roble en todas partes.

El jardín tiene jazmines y rosas antiguas que trepan por las paredes y hierbas frescas para usar en la cocina toscana: una mesa y sillas proporcionan un lugar perfecto para comidas y aperitivos al aire libre.

Aunque actualmente estamos alquilando este apartamento, lo hemos restaurado deliberadamente con miras a usarlo algún día como nuestro propio pied-a-terre en Florencia, ¡así que no hemos escatimado en gastos!

Hay un garaje privado para aparcar a 5 minutos a pie (no el nuestro); hay un cargo diario.

Great location

Nicky is a very friendly host. We had a great communication and easy check-in. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. A bed was comfortable. It’s important to me as I want to be well-rested whilst I am travelling. The apartment location is perfect. It’s a few minutes away from Palazzo Pitti and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. A private parking we booked upon Nicky’s recommendation was within 5 minutes walking distance from the appartment. I strongly recommend to book a parking space in advance.

Such a cute apartment.

Very well equipped with amenities. The only back stop was when I booked it showed a lift which was out of order. Not good to carry your heavy luggage up 24 stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the private courtyard. Nicky is a wonderful host. We would come back in a heart beat.So close to restaurants and shopping. Loved it.

Fabulous stay

The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed, and everything was to a good standard, particularly the kitchen. The garden was so nice, we loved coming back after a morning site seeing to relax in the garden before heading out again. Communication with Nicky was very good both before and during our stay. The apartment is centrally located, so we were able to walk everywhere. We hope to stay again !

Ideal Location in Florence

This apartment was super clean, comfortable and very spacious for two. The kitchen was large, well-stocked and accessible. The location is perfect; a five minute walk to Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and another few to the Uffizi Galleries, Palazzo Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria. And of the half dozen apartments we rented across northern Italy on this trip, this was the only one at which the host met us at the door and made sure we got a warm, friendly welcome. Big points for that. We highly recommend this apartment.

Delightful Place/Experience

The place is absolutely darling. Nicky is a fabulous host. A couple can stay there for an extended period. The balcony is great, the bathroom has space to move around, and the loft is charming. We hope to come back soon. You will not be dissapointed!

Quite but not cosy

We stayed between Christine Eve and New Years Eve. Plus I would have preferred to have contacted the booking agent direct to share our concerns, but that has not been possible. Therefore I am leaving a review, which will be mainly negative, for which I am sorry.We had hoped for a cosy week away over Christmas. However the apartment was far from cosy. The boiler isn’t straight forward and doesn’t seem able to warm the small apartment up. The radiators failed to warm through completely, so it told me that the system wasn’t setup properly. Given it was freezing weather during our weeks stay in Florence, we needed a reliable heat source.Also the lack of carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, are a concern but we were advised these are planned.Also whilst the kitchen has ample storage, some good basic equipment would be greatly appreciated.The pluses for the apartment are its location, so central and therefore virtually everything is walkable.Also the apartment is quiet and located well away from street noise, so again ideal. But for the price this apartment doesn’t have the wow factor.In fact all the accommodation after this initial week, four other stays, all far exceeded this property.We could only recommend this property for a stay during warmer months, as the cool and the garden would be welcome and come into their own.Finally whilst we have used Vrbo a number of times for booking accommodation, this has made us review our booking options in the future

Excellent experience

We loved Nicky & Lucas place — well laid out, great kitchen especially if you plan to cook, the garden space is lovely even in the winter too! We had 3 dogs with us as well and it was easy and close to everything; super quiet.

Excellent location

Apartment is located centrally, walking distance to many attractions and train station. Getting into apartment with luggage was an exercise. Main challenge was the slow draining shower, we had to rinse feet in sync after the shower.

Nicky our host was amazing- let me start with that! We had some small issues at the start that she was unaware of, but she handled things immediately. I have rated this property a 4 ONLY because of the noise from the apartment above. They were very disturbing! I had seen comments about this in earlier reviews but nothing recent so assumed it was no longer a problem. It may be new tenants so Nicky was already dealing with it when we left. I would just want to be assured this was no longer happening before booking.again it

Perfect

The apartment is very well located and close to all attractions. Our stay in Florence was made better by having a lovely place to rest with all the amenities we needed. If you’re looking to stay in Florence don’t hesitate to stay here. There are 2 flights of stairs which were no problem for us but if you have mobility concerns this is the only issue . Contact with the owner was excellent where everything was explained to us. Thanks Nicky for a great stay.

Communication with Nicky was great and she also had an extensive compendium with lots of information and recommendations. The apartment was as advertised. Lovely outdoor courtyard for pre dinner drinks or early morning breakfast. The stairs to the loft bedroom could be a little challenging for some. Easy walk to Ponte Vechio and lots of dining in the area.

Wonderful stay in lovely condo near Pitti Palace

We had a wonderful time during our stay…adorable condo in excellent location. Walk to grocery store, excellent restaurants and shops. Very close to piazza with restaurants and bars in Santo Spirito area. Nicky is a wonderful host who helped us navigate our way when we were lost and provided excellent recommendations for neighborhood restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great property in an excellent location within easy walking distance of all the major attractions within Florence. Apartment was well laid out and contained everything you could need. Owner was really helpful and met us at the property which was a lovely personal touch.

Excellent emplacement, aquelques metres du palais Piti et du ponte vecchio. Quartier calme.

Il faisait tres chaud en cette période à Florence pour profiter du jardin main en moyenne saison cela doit etre tres agréable. La climatisation était bienvenue pour se reposer apres les visites.

3 Day Florence

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It is a beautiful apartment just what we needed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Outside garden for an evening Prosecco. A good walk to train but convenient for everything we wanted to see and do. We will certainly hope to stay here again.
