    In a great location, just behind the square of Santo Spirito, a totally private apartment with free wifi, air-conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and an unforgettable atmosphere is waiting for you!

    Easily reachable with a pleasant 10-minute walk from the SMN station or by bus (bus stop 200 m from the apartment) the apartment is located in the heart of the Florentine Oltrarno where you will live a wonderful experience in one of the most beautiful and lively districts of Florence.
    Nearby there are many shops, bars and restaurants where you can relax and spend some pleasant time to enjoy good food & wine.
    The nearest bar is only 80 meters away; bakery, fruit and vegetables and butcher's are around the corner; Carrefour and Conad can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

    The car - not necessary - can be left in a paid parking lot about 300 m from the apartment.

    The apartment is on the 1st floor (1 flight of 20 steps) of a typical florentine building and consists of MASTER BEDROOM with king size bed, DINING ROOM with a matrimonial sofa bed (140cmx190cm), KITCHENETTE and BATHROOM with extra large shower.
    It is also extremely quiet and peaceful because all the windows facing the cortyard.

    A child's chair and a cot with orthopedic mattress are available on request free of charge.

    During the day you will be immersed in the pleasant Florentine life with its shops and its markets; at night you will choose from numerous restaurants in the area to return to the quiet of your apartment.
    The Basilica of Santo Spirito as is Piazza del Carmine and the Brancacci Chapel, Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio (Old bridge) can be all reached with a pleasant walk of just few minutes.
    The Uffizi gallery and the Cathedral are right on the other side of the river.

This is a great apartment in a great location. The food and shopping is much better in Oltarno than on the other side of the river. Host was very helpful with tips about what to see and restaurants and such. Also, the clothes line was very helpful.

Host is lovely! We received a great orientation and recommendations. Very safe neighborhood with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk (2 wine windows too!) it is a 20 minute walk to city center and train station, but it’s enjoyable. Only one flight of stairs to manage with luggage!

Property was as advertised. Far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to walk to most everythingHost was excellent. She met us at the apartment. Even help us carry bags up the stairs. We used her recommendations for all our meals out and we were not disappointed once

Chiara was a friendly, excellent host.We used the washing machine, which was helpful. Location was good-we liked being on the Santo Spirito side of the Arno. Lots more f conveniences were provided and also a map of the area with highlighted recommendations.

Lovely apartment that is in a terrific neighborhood with great local artisans, cafes,shops and restaurants. The Santo Spirito square has a market almost every day.The apartment is quiet and the kitchen big enough to cook for two.Bed comfy and bathroom small,but good with strong water pressure in the shower. Big flight of stairs up to first floor, but there is a handrail, TV has ability to use your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Hosts lovely and helpful.

It was fabulous. The hosts went way out of their way to make our stay memorable. The apartment is in a great neighborhood walkable to everything. It is cozy, clean, with all the amenities. We loved our week there and the hosts and apartment helped make Florence shine. We highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

This apartment was perfect for two people, very cozy and quiet. We walked to all of the sites we wanted to see and there were plenty of dining establishments near by. I would recommend it to others. Nice host, we had a great time, thank you.

Cozy Florentine apartment

We loved the location of this cozy, comfortable and clean apartment. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay completely. The host was responsive to our questions and was very helpful in orienting us to the neighbourhood and Florence's local treasures.

Joli petit appartement propre et bien situé dans le vieux quartier historique. Permet de rejoindre très facilement les différents lieux touristiques. Le très bon accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire sont appréciables !

A clean, quaint and efficient apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the center of Florence. Chiara was extremely helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed our stay and the place.

Lovely Little Apartment in the Heart of Italy

Wonderful little apartment. Close to everything. Really appreciated the little extras provided such as coffee. Was by far the best rental during our trip to ITALY and it made our stay in Florence very enjoyable !
