We stayed 3 nights with our 4 young children who range in age from 9 to 1.
Pros:
-Location; The place was easy to find, was conveniently located near everything we wanted to see as well as several restaurants and the train station, and a small park around the corner. It was a few minutes walk to a nice grocery store. We walked everywhere, and most everything was within a 5-15 min walk.
-Having a washing machine and a place to dry clothes was a huge perk, allowing us to pack light with the kids.
-Plenty of space for our family, and a nice small patio.
-Host was easy to communicate with and provided a ton of helpful information.
-Everything was well stocked and comfortable.
Cons:
-hot water in the shower was a bit finicky, but once we figured it out it was no big deal.
-Not ground level, which means taking luggage up a couple flights of stairs. Again was not a big deal for us, but just something to be aware of.
-Not a con of the apartment itself, but we did get pick pocketed on our arrival, walking from the train station to the apartment the first day. We knew we’d be easy targets for this on any number of our vacation stops, so it was not a surprise and nothing of importance was lost as we planned accordingly. But as always something to be mindful of if walking with luggage from the train station. It was a bit congested the day we arrived and made it tougher to avoid on the narrow sidewalks with our luggage.
Would absolutely stay again!
