Terraza Santa Croce

Renovado con materiales de alta calidad, decorado con detalles elegantes y diseñado con piezas llamativas, nuestro lugar se encuentra a pocos pasos de la Piazza del Duomo, el Ponte Vecchio y la Galería de los Uffizi.

Estamos en un tercer piso con 62 escalones, sin ascensor.

Completamente renovado en abril de 2019 con productos elegantes y de alta calidad. Hay dos habitaciones, una con cama extragrande y otra con dos camas individuales, todas con colchones de espuma viscoelástica de 25 cm de altura y almohadas dobles para cada huésped. Las camas gemelas se pueden unir para tener una segunda cama king size.

Todo el día, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un espacio separado diseñado para equipajes y ropa. Cuenta con dos cómodas sillas y una mesa de café con una lámpara de lectura. El baño completo de la habitación con ducha se encuentra en el pasillo.

Acogedora habitación con dos camas individuales que se pueden unir para tener una cama de matrimonio. Hay un baño completo en suite con ducha.

Ambos baños están hechos con lujosa porcelana florentina y ofrecen un kit de cortesía de Prima Spremitura para gel de ducha. Cada huésped tendrá un juego de dos toallas, una para la ducha y otra para la cara.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment. The owners take great care and pride in it which shows in the high end finish and furnishings. It was spotlessly clean. Very well placed to walk to all attractions and with the wonderful Santa Croce church in view from the wonderful terrace. Nermin was very responsive to any questions and gave us some great recommendations for food.

Perfect in every way

We truly loved staying at Santa Croce Terrace. Our hosts were very welcoming and were very good communicators. The flat was clean and very much as advertised. We loved relaxing on the terrace. The location was very convenient with two wine windows nearby as well as the Basilica di Croce Santa, Pino’s sandwiches, and Vivoli right outside the door. We highly recommend booking this amazing flat.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Terrace is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious & the apartment is beautifully renovated. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It is close to several tourist sites and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect located appartment & awesome hosts

As a family we spent some days at this very clean and welcoming appartment and it was really a plesure. Allesandro and his wife welcomed us perfectly and the entier arrival process was very kind. Especially the currated lists of selected locations shared at the begnning was very helpful. We found some nice restaurants that way - great idea. So, for everyone that wants to be in the heart of Santa Croche, surroundet by restaurants and only some minutes away from locations like Duomo di Firenze should consider this appartment.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great in the apartment, very clean and spacious. Stairs were manageable for us but it was tough at arrival with 4 medium (30-40 pounds) suitcases and after a day of walking a lot.

Fantastic location!

Very clean, comfortable stay in a lovely area of Florence. Very walkable. Accommodations have been made around the apartment to reduce street noise but it's in the heart of the city, so expect some noise. Everything was lovely!

Great location

My husband and I came to Florence to visit our daughter who is studying abroad for the semester. We were looking for a two bedroom, two bath rental so she could join us and have her own space. This place was in a great location. Steps away from great restaurants, shopping and many Florence attractions. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. We were greeted by the host and she went over all of the details we needed to know. I would highly recommend!!

Terrific place in a great location!

This was one of our favorite places to stay during our vacation around Italy. The place was as advertised and was very relaxing for our family. We loved the terrace as well as the master bedroom where we had 3 large windows overlooking the main street below. The location was excellent... a block from Santa Croce and walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see in Florence. The life of the neighborhood was very exciting to experience. The host was wonderful and the communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Nerm and Alessandro are wonderful hosts. Nerm met us for check in and welcomed us to their apartment with open arms. Everything is lovely and meticulous. The apartment is very clean and spacious, making for a great stay with family. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out and talking there well into the night. As for location, it couldn’t be better. Florence is a very walkable city and this location is perfect. You’re close to everything Thank you for having us! We would’ve to come back and highly recommend staying here for anyone interested!

Perfect apartment with a beautiful view

An amazing stay in Florence. Everything about this apartment was first rate. Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful linens, and the most attractive outdoor space. Great area with delicious restaurants steps from the front door. The check in process was easy and Alessandro and Nermin were easy to reach when we did have a question. Beautiful Apartment

We had an amazing experience in Florence! This apartment is gorgeous! The owners do such a great job going over details. It is close to so many landmarks- perfect for first timers who want to see it all! The street noise was minimal with the sound proof windows - we were so comfortable. Our stay was perfect! Wonderful location and beautiful apartment!

Loved the location and beautiful apartment! The hosts were wonderful and quick to reply and provided a long list of recommendations for coffee, restaurants, etc upon check-in. The balcony was phenomenal. Only negatives to consider for your trip: it can be loud next to the city street so put on a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. The shower in the hall associated with one of the rooms was very tiny. Apartment is great for a family or friends comfortable sharing a small space.

Our favorite place

Don’t hesitate to book this gem in Florence. No detail was overlooked for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean, recently renovated and had many elegant details. The kitchen had every amenity we needed. The kids appreciated having their own separate beds, too. On our 2-week trip from London to Rome with two kids it was by far our favorite place.

Perfect stay in Florence!

We had the most wonderful stay in Florence. The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Communication with our hosts was amazing. We were met at the property and given very specific details about everything. They were gracious willing to help in any way that they could. Beds were super comfortable and terrace is beautiful even though it was very hot during our stay. Air conditioning was so appreciated. Could not have asked for any more. Wonderful location, close to everything. This was the perfect stay for our family, we have two teenage daughters who both agree. One thing to note are the stairs leading to the apartment. It is mentioned clearly in the listing but guests must be able to climb a significant number of stairs to enter. We hope to return to Florence and would certainly stay here again!

Comfortable stay in the heart of Florence

I spent 5 nights in Florence in June 2023 staying at this apartment. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I would stay here again if I return to Florence. The apartment was spacious and clean. It is well taken care of. Everything worked well (example: A/C, refrigerator, wi-fi, TV, and appliances). Shower water pressure and hot water were excellent. The beds were very comfortable, linens and bedding nice quality and fresh. The check in process was straight forward. Our hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Nermin made available all sorts of recommendations, all super helpful. One of our best meals during our entire trip to Italy was at the door step of the apartment. All the key attractions in Florence are within walking distance to/from the apartment. We walked to the Florence train station a few time for some day trips, with kids. When going to/from the train station with luggage we used a taxi. Thank you again for a terrific stay in Florence.

Wonderful Apartment in Florence

This was one of the nicest and cleanest apartments I've rented. Our hosts were so helpful when it came to local recommendations, transportation to and from the airport, etc. The apartment seemed bigger in person than in the pictures, and you can tell they take great care of their place. We also appreciated the location as it was a minute away from Santa Croce Church and easy walking distance to other landmarks within the city. Would absoultely recommend this apartment!
