The location was great. The apartment needs some updating and the kitchen is ill-equipped so not that functional. My main concern was the fact that communication moved off the app. I should have cancelled the booking as soon as that started but it was already paid for. An intake form is required 24 hours before check in through a separate portal where you must provide your CC. It was too late for us to cancel at that point.
