Simple and cozy two-room apartment located on the first floor of a renovated building that can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is located in the historic center, in an enviable position, between Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Pitti, symbols of the city of Florence. Ideal for short stays, leisure or business.

Very central one bedroom apartment of 38sqm composed of a living room with a single sofa bed and a dining area. Kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine and electric oven. The bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. Further services available to guests: TV, WIFI, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, drying rack, fan.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At check-in we will need to register each guest's data for legal purposes only, so we will ask you to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25
between 11pm and midnight >> € 30
over 24 >> € 40

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
